First off, I'm a little regretful that I made a fairly scary choice.
My first impression using this rubber was that, even close to the table, if you hit a topspin drive with too much swing speed (too much brushing), the ball sinks too much and bounces on your own side.
But on the flip side, that means you can really fine-tune your speed and spin, so in that sense I think it's excellent.
Try going back to basics and sharpening your feel with this rubber.
You can do a lot with it - smashes disguised as chops, super-fast flicks, and more.
The lack of bounce actually gives you a sense of oneness, like it's part of your body.
If you can move efficiently, you'll be able to hit good shots.
For better or worse, it's a rubber that brings you back to basics.
