I thought this was a good rubber with a nice balance between softness, spin, and speed.
It's great whether you sink the ball in and hit or loop it, covering everything you need to learn the fundamentals.
I'm a chopper and used it on my forehand, and the performance was very satisfying.
That said, if you go with max thickness or higher, the ball sinks in too much and chopping gets harder — though that's specific to choppers.
Also, once your swing speed picks up, it might feel too soft and start to feel lacking.
I think this fits high-school-level loop players, the forehand of working adults who chop but can't practice much, the backhand of working adults, and the forehand of female players.
Personally, I think using Tenergy before you've really developed your skills, just getting the ball in without understanding why, stunts your growth, so building up a proper feel with this rubber or something like Vega Europe seems like the better path.
This rubber taught me what I needed to know to win a lot of matches, so I think it's time for me to graduate from it.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

First of all, this rubber isn't meant for the forehand. I'd recommend it to people who want solid blocks on their backhand! On the forehand, I think the speed feels lacking. Using this on the backhand is by far the best choice!

It's easy to adjust the speed. Control is reasonably manageable too, and with good speed and spin it's easy to use overall. That said, when I hit flat, I feel like the speed is a bit lacking. Blocking is easy with it.

The first time I hit with it, I was surprised by the speed. It was like, "Whoa, that's fast!"
That doesn't mean it lacks spin, though! Personally, I feel like it gets plenty of spin! Spin-based techniques like serves and drives are excellent!
Control is decent.
Hardness-wise, it's around medium, maybe leaning slightly on the harder side.
This is a rubber I'd recommend to intermediate players.

The performance is more than enough for the price.

Personally I'd recommend this for the backhand.
I used to have this on my forehand with S1 on my backhand, but now I have P1 on my forehand and this on my backhand.
When I had it on my forehand, it had speed but felt like something was missing. On the backhand, though, both drives and blocks were easy to hit.
If someone's trying tension rubber for the first time and can't decide, I think giving this a try is a totally solid choice.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

I have it on my backhand. The advantage is being able to control the power on my backhand shots — that's actually a big deal. It's great on the forehand too. The speed is excellent, so when you really smash away, you can feel it clearly. It's surprisingly powerful. The control does lose out to the Europe version, but if you compensate for that yourself, you can make it work.
