Using the max thickness version.
If you sink the ball into it and hit, it puts way more spin on than your average spin-tension rubber, and compared to other Chinese rubbers it's easier to bite into!
As for speed, even an intermediate player who can properly sink the ball in shouldn't have any real issue getting enough of it.
You really get great shots out of it. The downside is it's heavy! If you can swing it around freely this might be the best rubber out there, but because of the weight your recovery is slower and your contact point tends to drop, which is the drawback.

I used this on the forehand of a left-handed shakehand setup.
It's amazing, honestly!
Serves bite really well, and pushes and lobs go in nicely too.
The lifespan is also long! I used it for 3 months.
If I had to name a downside, it's on the harder side, so if you can't graze the ball properly it quickly turns into a dead, flat ball.
If a beginner buys this just because it's a Chinese rubber or part of the Hurricane series,
it might go fine for casual rallies, but in a real match you'll immediately get thrown off by your opponent's spin.

I've collected and tried nearly the whole Hurricane series, and the 3 Pro is by far the one with the most spin. But it doesn't bounce! Seriously, it just doesn't bounce! That said the spin is top notch — even on serves it's ridiculous how much spin you can get on the ball. On top of that, it actually spins more than Tenergy. And the chops are nuts too, the spin is incredible. Opponents end up netting it right away. Playing away from the table takes real power. If you don't have much power, I wouldn't recommend this one.

It doesn't bounce as much as Hurricane Neo 3.

First off, the spin really bites! Thanks to that, my weak forehand-side topspin serve (upper-spin serve) started biting well, which was a huge help! In particular, my forehand topspin drive gets so much spin and dips so much that opponents swing right through it! Backhand attacks (backhand drives) are also pretty solid! Even long topspin drives on long balls are fine as long as I use a bigger swing! For blades, I'd recommend things like the DHS K-1, the 729 carbon blades, or the DHS Hurricane Long W997 (49,000 yen)!

Because it's hard, topspin drives become more of a flicking-off-the-rubber type of drive. The amount of spin you can put on is insane. As for speed, if you hit the ball hard enough on impact, you get plenty (seriously). The short game is top notch lol. Honestly, no matter how sharp the backspin serve is, you can flick it (as long as you're careful with the angle). Pushes bite so hard that my opponent couldn't do a third-ball attack at all lol. So this is a rubber where you can win points with your push! As for the effect of spin on you, as long as you can flick it, you're mostly fine! Honestly, out of the whole Hurricane series, this is the one I'd recommend the most!
