Choppers actually use rubbers like this more than you'd expect. The attacking performance isn't great, but it's easy to keep under control, so I'll keep it on my backup racket.

The topsheet grips the ball really well, letting you put strong spin on it.
I didn't particularly notice it being easy to spin, but it felt really good to use
Since it does have some tension built in, it has a reasonable amount of bounce too.
For modern table tennis, I think it's ideal to start out with a rubber like this that bounces reasonably well. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

This is a comparison with Tenergy 05 in medium thickness. Since it doesn't bounce as much as Tenergy, it's easier to control. It gives you plenty of speed when attacking. The spin is maybe just a touch less than Tenergy, but still more than enough to really spin the ball.
Given the price and how Tenergy wears down over time, I think this is plenty good enough.
It feels like an overall milder version of Tenergy. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

I really feel like this rubber was designed with beginners in mind.
The typical beginner rubber used to be
less bounce
decent, easy spin
a bit hard
not too thickbut
this rubber feels like it takes that idea to its extreme.
The spin is plenty, and on top of that
it still gives you a real sense of feel when you hit the ball
It's a tension rubber, but with something called "light tension" the bounce is kept in check
The quality is good too
and I like that they only made one thickness option.
It keeps the cost downThe spin performance is quite high, so
I think it's also easy to use for choppers and players who mainly block. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

The value for money here is insane. Why is the performance this good at this price? Spin, speed, and stability are all balanced out really well. The arc is high too, so it's easy to loop against backspin.

I'd recommend this to beginner to intermediate players.
I use it on my backhand, and I think it's easy to put spin on and easy to control. If you think the rubber you're planning to put on your backhand is too expensive, or you already know what you're putting on your forehand but can't decide what to put on your backhand, or you're looking for something cheap that's easy to spin, I think this is perfect. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

This rubber is more than enough for beginners through intermediate players.
Forget about Tenergy or Fastarc for now, just use this first.- Since it's medium thickness, even as a tension rubber it doesn't fly off too much
- Outstanding stability for the short game
- Flicking is easy
- Not easily affected by your opponent's spin
- And it's just plain cheapI'm using it to get my feel back and I'm very satisfied with it.
