Chose this for my backhand as my third rubber. Using the 1.7mm.
◎ At 45 degrees hardness, it works well on both the forehand and backhand!
◎ Topspin drives draw a nice arc, so it's stable!
◎ Plenty of power too! Flat hits are fast as well.
◎ Spin holds up well on serves, and blocking is stable too!
◎ And above all, the value for money! It's on par with rubbers priced 5,000 yen and up!
If you want even more power, go with Power Grip, but if you want a bit more stability, I highly recommend this one!All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

Donic's Bluestorm and andro's Hexer Grip both have outstanding value for money and performance! They last longer than something like Tamasu's Rozena, and being made in Germany they're easy to get natural variation out of. The Hexer Grip in particular grips the ball firmly and has good bounce, so I think it's great for the forehand ✨
The Hexer Grip's strength is also that it's easy to shape an arc with, and it doesn't lose out to the opponent's spin, so I think it holds up even at a prefectural tournament level! If you're staying with andro, there's also Rasanter, and beyond that Rakza, DNA Pro, Blue Fire, and others that mostly fall in the low-5,000-yen range, so it's easy to move on to those - I'd recommend this as a stepping stone before that. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

This is perfect as a second tension rubber for a beginner. For your first tension rubber, I think the Hexer SFX series is good.
I tried Rasanter, Rozena, Rakza, and others, and ended up coming back to this rubber. This much spin performance for this price - it's like a gift from the gods.
I put the 2.1mm on my forehand. I'd previously used Rasanter R45 on my forehand, so the spin performance felt a little lacking in comparison, but I feel the stability improved compared to before. The spin is about the same as, or even more than, Rakza 7. The speed comes out at a moderate level, and it draws a solid arc. I think every beginner-to-intermediate player who puts this rubber on will feel it's great value for money. If you're using a rubber in the 5,000-6,000 yen range, why not give this a try??All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

Using this on my forehand. My backhand is Bluestorm Z2.
First off, the sponge color is great! A cool green and blue combo!
Serve: I can rack up plenty of service aces
Push: easy to do
Chiquita: easy to pull off
I don't lose out in topspin rally exchanges eitherI even managed to beat a Tenergy user with this!
I think it's great as a second rubber.
Once I get to high school, I'm planning to switch over to Rasanter! All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

I switched over from the 1.7 Hexer Grip SFX, and I'm now using the 1.7 Hexer Grip on my forehand.
This switch was a big success - I can chop very consistently now.
In particular, close-to-the-table chops are extremely easy to do.
Counter-driving back from mid-distance also has good power and has been leading to points.
I didn't expect a hardness of 45 to have this much power and stability in both attack and defense. For junior high schoolers and intermediate senior players, I think this is a rubber that hits right in the sweet spot. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

I'm using the medium thickness on the reverse side of my penhold. It's not very affected by the opponent's spin, so I don't make many receive errors, and in general it's hard to miss with - that's the good part! It also has decent power, so I think it's more than enough for an intermediate penhold player's reverse side. The one downside is that it's on the heavier side, but with the medium thickness I don't think it's an issue.

The concept behind the Hexer series is that it's a stepping-stone rubber toward the Rasanter series. Like Rasanter, it comes in a range of hardnesses, giving players from beginner to advanced plenty of options to pick the hardness that suits them.
The rubber itself is soft, so I'm using it on the backhand of a stiff, carbon-reinforced blade.
Even the sponge feels soft, so you can force the ball in by letting it sink deep.
Even though "grip" is in the name, it's not like it doesn't spin at all - in particular, a straight, sinking shot is no problem at all.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft
