I used Rasanter R53 (thick) from April through June. My impression is that the ball leaves the rubber quickly, but if you get a solid impact you get a really good ball out of it. Personally I think R53 is easier to handle on something like a Koki Niwa wood blade or a 7-ply like the Goji SF, rather than on an outer carbon blade. That said, it's fairly heavy, so if you do use it, I'd put it on the forehand and go with a somewhat lighter rubber on the backhand.

The sheet is so soft that when receiving serves, the ball sinks in and just flies off on its own. Drives and loop drives get a ton of spin and decent speed too.

I put it on a Ryu Seung-min T5000 and gave it a try!
It really flies! Loop drives curve nicely, but it flies a lot! It was tough to get used to at first! Compared to the old Rasant Power Grip, it's like night and day!All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

I put Ultra Max (2.3mm) on a Kenta Matsudaira ALC. I originally planned it for the backhand, but personally it suited the forehand better. Anyway, it's hard and heavy. Honestly, it doesn't go in easily (though that might partly be because it was my first time playing table tennis in 3 months). I'm the type who hits flat on the backhand rather than brushing the ball, and you really need to swing all the way through to get a good ball out of it. So I'd recommend swinging hard on the forehand with this. If you've got power you might be fine on the backhand too, but it depends on whether you can still swing through when your form breaks down. Honestly, for the backhand I think 48 is better. If I were using it on the forehand, I might have gone one step thinner. (Both sides at 2.3mm and it went over 200g...)

The feel is a bit different from Tenergy 05 or Dignics 05, but I'd describe it as Dignics 80 made a little harder and brought closer to 05.
