Uncut, 52g
1. Spin level is quite high. Easier to spin than Tenergy 05 and gets close to Dignics 05, I think. It feels like the spin just naturally kicks in!
2. Whereas Dignics and Tenergy give you clean spin, this one tends to pick up gyro spin more easily, so the ball comes out rougher and a bit unpredictable!
3. The topsheet is hard, so it's actually easier to stop than I expected over the table.
Things that bothered me:
- It carries further than expected once it clears the net, so it's easy to overshoot the distance and over-miss. Even over the table, if you try to add spin it sinks into the sponge and you tend to over-miss.
- It has some dwell time, but hitting with the sheet alone gives short dwell, making shallow loop drives hard to pull off.
- Because the sheet is thin and soft, you're more affected by your opponent's drive. Countering isn't impossible, but Dignics or V>15 Extra are easier to use for that.
- On the backhand it feels a bit heavy and too hard.
That's about it.
If I were a student, I'd have switched to it immediately for the top-tier spin performance relative to the price.
For me it's too hard on the backhand, and a bit soft on the forehand.
I'm fully satisfied with the performance for the price.

I test-hit the uncut version. After cutting, it's said to be about 52g.
The sheet itself is unchanged from R48, but the hardness has gone up significantly, and you can definitely feel it. It's a rubber that demands raw impact strength — for me it was tolerable only for long forehand shots, but on the backhand it was just too hard to handle.
For topspin-based techniques, the performance is still top-class, same as R48. It flies in a straight trajectory and reaches deep into the court.
The quirkiness when hitting against underspin really stands out, and with my skill level, insufficient impact led to a lot of noticeable knuckleballs and over-misses.It's undoubtedly a good rubber with real character, but personally I'd still recommend R48 over this.

My first impression is that it's not that hard.
Since it was uncut, it flew like crazy and control was tough... I'd recommend starting with 2.0mm first.
The speed is insane, but the flight is very straight-line, so it's difficult unless you close your racket angle well when hitting.
The spin on drives is amazing, but the difficulty spikes when you're dealing with underspin.
Pushes fly really low, which is nerve-wracking, but they land deep, so it's really good.
Serves grab a ton of spin, which I love.
Overall it was quite good, but whether you can actually handle it is a different question, so in the end I find myself thinking R48 is just fine.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

Rasanter R53,
this is a really great rubber.
I use an Outer Force ALC, which doesn't normally grab much spin, but even so, I get insane spin in all kinds of situations — loops, serves, chops, curves.
The speed is basically perfect.
Since it's an outer blade, my shots were already fast to begin with, but after switching to Rasanter R53, speed-oriented techniques like smashes, speed drives, and flicks got ridiculously fast.
The feel is hard.
So you'd expect the speed, but it's crazy how much spin you can still get out of it, lol.
Control is pretty decent.
I used to play with Dignics 05 before,
and this actually left a better impression than that.

This is definitely not a bad rubber. But since it's fast, you tend to over-hit a lot, which makes it hard to control when you're the one initiating the attack in topspin rallies or over the table. On top of that, the ball leaves the rubber quickly, so it flies off before you can really put spin on it. The rubber's performance itself isn't bad, but among rubbers with a hardness of 53° or higher, I think there are plenty of others that perform better and are easier to use.

I switched from R53 to C53, and the C series was really good, but the C series has a laughably short lifespan lol
When I went back to R53, sure enough it lasts longer, sinks into the sponge nicely, and doesn't feel hard.
I think it's the best rubber andro makes.

Even using it on both backhand and forehand, shots land deep, and drives go in too.
