I have this on the forehand of my Relevant blade. I was curious about this rubber since it's billed as Vega's masterpiece, so I switched to it.
Overall, it handles any technique competently, matched to your skill level. For example, I didn't find any of the following techniques hard to pull off:
(1) Topspin drive (spin amount / speed)
(2) Chop (spin amount, including no-spin balls)
(3) Smash (knuckle feel / speed)
(4) Push (spin amount / sharpness)
(5) Stop (how well it stays short)
(6) Chiquita (spin amount / speed)
(7) Flick (spin amount / speed)
(8) Serve (spin amount / speed)
The one thing that bothered me a little was the "speed." Because the stop shot holds so well, drives from mid-distance about 1.5m from the table felt like they "don't fly." That might be because my blade uses outer fiber. I imagine the impression would change with a carbon-based blade or a thick 7-ply wood blade.
On that point, among rubbers in the ¥3,000 street-price range, I thought Hexer Power Grip was excellent.
Given the current situation it can't be helped, but it's a shame the list price including tax went over ¥6,000. Still, if the street price can stay in the high ¥3,000 range, I think it's a rubber with good value for money.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

I used the 1.8mm (medium) thickness on my backhand.
The topsheet is hard and the sponge is soft, but
with the medium thickness it's hard for the ball to sink in, so the feel was quite hard.The arc was a bit flat and I felt a slight slipping sensation, but
for this price at medium-thick I got a good amount of spin, so
I think the performance is good.
If I were recommending it to someone, I'd say go with 2.0mm or max thickness.

My first impression was that it felt quite hard. Personally, it felt harder than tacky rubbers (though that might just be because I'm used to those). Probably about as hard as Tenergy 05 Hard. The sponge is medium hardness, but the topsheet is firm, so it feels hard overall. The topsheet has great grip and is very solid, so serves with heavy sidespin and counters had outstanding power and stability. This is the budget version of V>15 Extra. It's a rubber with potential that comes close to the high-end rubbers from each manufacturer.

I've used the Vega series once, and compared to that, this one was way better.
Before I had Asia DF, and compared to that, this one sits deeper on the table too.
So naturally the topspin drives are great, but the counters come out with insanely high quality!It spins more than Ventus Extra too, and the value for money is great!!!
If you don't know what to buy, and you're wondering which XIOM rubber is good — this is it!!!!!!!

Put a 2.0mm sheet on the forehand of my SWAT. Weight was 49g.
Compared to Vega Tour on my backhand, this felt harder.
Because of that, if you hit it properly, you get real speed.
So it felt more flat and straight compared to Vega Tour.

For this price range, the performance is overwhelming. I've mainly used rubbers in the 5,000-6,000 yen range (the mainstream price bracket) up until now, but this one holds its own without feeling inferior.

I was curious so I bought it. I put it on my Zhang Jike ALC, which I'd been using before, and it was better than I expected. Overall it's well-balanced, and I feel like it grabs spin especially well. Serves in general were easy to hit too. I think it's a rubber with great value for money.
