This doesn't feel anything like Vega Pro at all.
Honestly, this is basically a different rubber at this point.
Being hard means you can really brush the ball a ton.

This is a very hard rubber, so smashes aren't easy to keep stable — but that's about the only downside. The spin is amazing — the serve spin is so nasty that opponents sometimes let the ball drop even after pushing it. Drives have great control and scary power. So while smashes and angled hits aren't that stable, drives are, so I'd recommend this to drive-oriented players. The control rating listed below says 5, but for drives it's more like a 9. If you're more of a smash player, Vega Europe suits you better. It really comes down to whether you want stable smashes or stable drives. I'd love for intermediate to advanced players to try Vega X — and I'd recommend it even more if you're a drive player.

I bought this out of curiosity since it's the Vega 10th anniversary model, but once I actually hit with it, I was honestly surprised at how easy it was to use and how nasty a ball it could produce. (lol)
At this price with this performance, I feel like it should sell better, but maybe not many people have tried it...???
It doesn't have any single standout trait, but I think it's an all-around rubber that just gets the ball in whenever you hit it.
As for durability, I've used it about 2 hours a week for 3 months and it hasn't degraded at all.
Depending on the player, this might even be better than Vega Tour...All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

The sponge hardness is supposedly 47.5, but it felt soft to hit and power was a bit lacking.
That said, it grips the ball properly.
Maybe because I was used to Vega Pro, but on the forehand the ball seemed to stay on the rubber a bit too long.
On the backhand it lifted the ball nicely and was easy to get in.
