Put a 2.0mm sheet on the backhand side of my SWAT. Weight was 43.8g
It's very soft and the ball lands on the table easily. Flat hits are easy too, and it gets spin.
However, because the sponge is soft, it's hard to produce fast shots.
On the forehand, the speed was clearly lower compared to the Ventus Limber.Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

I put 1.9mm on the backhand of my Innerforce Layer ALC. Weight was 48.4g.
This is a rubber that just makes everything feel like it goes in. Against backspin especially, it makes you feel like you can't miss. I felt it produced quite a lot of arc — shots that used to go long with Rasanter R48 now came down in an arc and landed in.
For its hardness, the ball-holding is really good, and you get both spin and speed.
Overall, including the price, it's an upgrade over Rozena or Fastarc G1.
Because it's easy to get the ball in, it's easy to build into a rally, and if you commit to the shot you can also put away winners. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to cut down on mistakes.
A rubber I can recommend for both forehand and backhand.Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

I put thick on the forehand of a Ma Lin Carbon. Weight was 49.4g.
I felt like this rubber gives back exactly what you put into it.
It arcs nicely, so it's stable too.
The hardness felt just right as well.Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

I hit with the thick version on the backhand of a Ma Lin Carbon. Weight was 47.1g.
The ball lifts up well, so it's very easy to drive against backspin.
Since it's soft, you don't get all that much speed, but you do get spin.
The price is reasonable too, so if you want to stabilize your backspin drives, you can't go wrong picking this rubber.Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

I put the 2.0mm on the forehand of my SWAT. Weight was 46.4g.
It felt like something between Limber and Extra. There wasn't any technique that felt hard to pull off.
I think it's good for anyone who wants more speed than Limber but finds Extra too hard.
It works fine on either forehand or backhand.Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft
