Being a ZLC, it really bounces.
Since it's a top player's model, I could tell a lot of thought went into it. With max-thickness rubber on both sides, the weight came in just under 180g, so yeah, it's heavy lol. But in exchange, the bigger blade makes blocking easier too, and full swings produced really great shots. Since it's on the heavier side, I'd recommend it to players with good strength. If you don't have as much strength, going with thick rubber instead of max might work well. Even with thick rubber the blade still bounces plenty, so that should be just right. It's a racket worth the price!

Since it's a ZLC, I expected the feel to be on the harder side, but surprisingly that wasn't really the case — the feel is more like a slightly firmer all-wood blade (like a harder 7-ply), and it flies faster than wood. (It doesn't have that strong, composite-heavy feel you get from an ALC.)
That said, compared to outer-ply blades, it doesn't really fly unless you actively control it yourself.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little soft

Mine weighed 87g.
Compared to the ALC, it's harder and shoots out in a flatter, more direct line.
The ball comes off it quickly, so unless your impact is strong, you'll end up hitting flat, straight balls with no life on them.
The ALC is the one that suits everyone.
If you're switching over from a wood blade or an ALC-type blade, I felt this is tough to use unless you already hit with strong impact, get into position and swing properly, or can build points around hitting hard right off the serve.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

I've used a lot of different blades, but the Harimoto is the best. It adapts to all kinds of playing styles. If you want to play close to the table, it's got your back. And to hit a fast ball, all you need to do is just hit it hard. On top of that, the control is outstanding.

This is a switch from a Zex Gear Fiber blade.
This blade is easy to use for every technique.
It simply flies faster than the fiber blade, but the ball doesn't come off it as quickly as with an arylate blade.
If you're using wood or fiber blades and want more speed, this is the obvious choice.
Since it's a zylon-type blade, flat hitting is tough because the board flexes too much.
It also doesn't have that single explosive burst of speed, so it's not suited to players who like to finish the point on the third ball right after the serve.
It's a perfect match for players who generate speed through spin.
On the backhand, it flies out faster than wood, yet still grabs the ball for a split second.
Despite having a large blade, it's light in weight.
Overall, just catching the ball close to or at mid-distance from the table is enough — the blade does the flying for you.

Here's my comparison after hitting with both the Harimoto ALC and the ZLC.
The ZLC bounces a bit more and is a bit harder than the ALC.
If you find the ALC hard to get speed out of, or too soft, the ZLC would suit you well.The ALC wins out on full-swing power and that unstoppable feel on the backhand, but for handling balls to the middle with good body movement, or for long rallies, the ZLC is better.
If you like to really grind it out using your legs, go with the ALC. If you want a bit more ease and a sense of speed, the ZLC might be the one.
