I borrowed a friend's and tried hitting with it. My first impression was that it's really easy to control. Because it's easy to control and doesn't fly much, it's easy to play it safe, but long balls and serves were hard to pull off. Chopping is really easy with this one. I'd recommend it to people just starting out, or to inverted-rubber choppers who want one side with spin and the other side with less spin but easier control.

First off, it's easy to control! Also, the ball grips well so you get a decent amount of spin too. A good rubber for beginners.

I used it on both sides. As for control and spin performance, I thought it was more than enough for a beginner.

I'm a beginner, and a senior player from my high school team told me I should have around 2 blades. I'm not sure whether the first and second blade should be the same model, or if it's better to use different ones.
Should I just go for a high-performance blade?
Also I don't really understand how to choose rubbers, so please tell me.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

The control is great — it's such a good rubber that even I, who just started playing table tennis, could handle it well.

This is a good rubber to use first if you're a beginner.
I started with this one myself too.It has no real spin or speed, so it's a rubber that helps you build basic techniques like swinging all the way through the ball yourself and brushing it.
It's in the same category as Nittaku's Jamin or Yasaka's Original.
After about a year, I think it's a good idea to step up to something with higher bounce, like Mark V.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

This is basically the definitive control rubber. Flat hitting is really stable with it. These days you'd get a cheaper deal buying an imported rubber, but back in the day, if you wanted to play table tennis on the cheap, this was the one. A rubber full of memories for me.
