    Customer Reviews SummaryAI Summary
Highly rated as a beginner's rubber with consistently praised superior control and stability. However, insufficient speed and spin performance for intermediate players and above, with step-up to advanced rubbers recommended after mastering basics.
    ■ Frequently Mentioned Points
    • Exceptional control performance
    • Ideal for learning fundamental techniques
    • Enables stable meet shots
    • Lack of speed limits power
    • Affordable price for first rubber
    ■ Representative Voices
▲ PositiveAll performance is directed toward control, with moderate spin that makes basic techniques easy to learn. High-quality Butterfly sheet allows beginners to develop spin techniques they need to master.
▽ CriticalLacks spin and doesn't drive well with plastic balls. Insufficient speed makes it easy to be countered; intermediate players find overall performance lacking, requiring upgrade to high-elasticity rubbers within a year.

A person who loves table tennis (Experience: Less than a year) Surprisingly usable

      Reviews by user

I tried it again after a long time, and
it's the kind of rubber that makes you think "wait, does everything just go in!?"
If you're asking whether it flies, no, not really, but I think it's totally usable from beginner to intermediate level.
      Above all, it's stable.

Dan KAZ (Experience: 2〜3 years) Great value for money

      Reviews by user

I borrowed a friend's and hit with it.
Among beginner rubbers, it generates good spin and serves have good bite. But since it doesn't have much speed, if you don't put solid spin on the ball, you'll get countered. I'd also recommend it to beginner choppers.

Flextra (Experience: 4〜5 years) Rubber for beginners

      Reviews by user

The sponge is soft, so it's very easy to use. I'd recommend it to beginners. Intermediate players might not find it quite satisfying enough, but I'd recommend it to anyone buying their first rubber.

      table tennis Easy to use

      Reviews by user

      It excels in control performance.
      It's also cheap,
so I think it's good as a first rubber.
Though maybe it's a little too soft.

      Reviews by user

Recommended for people who just started.
      Control is spot on.
Once you can handle this well, you'll be ready to move up to Sriver.
Come on, level up with Flextra!

    • Equipment refugees

Equipment refugees (Experience: 2〜3 years) The more it grips the ball...

      Reviews by user

I'm a close-to-the-table fast-attack type. Currently using the thin version on the backhand side of my Clipper Wood.

I've gone back and forth on a lot of equipment, but my backhand rubber is settled. No performance beats "ease of use." It matters far more than spin or speed.

The sheet has that quality feel typical of Butterfly rubbers, and it doesn't feel like a "cheap rubber" at all. I'd guess it's simply sold as a value item with a smaller profit margin.

Speed drops a bit, but that's exactly what you want on the backhand for a close-to-the-table fast-attack style. The speed gap with the short pips on my forehand lets me break the opponent's rhythm.

      Pushes are also excellent.
On top of that, as a former chopper, I really appreciate that it can absorb enough shock to chop with even mounted on Clipper Wood.

The more you use it, the more new techniques and combinations you can pick up - it's one of those rubbers that grows on you the more you use it.

People often say things like "once you graduate from Flextra..." but honestly, I want to stay held back a year.

Right shake front and back heterogeneous front team haste type A safe, decent rubber

      Reviews by user

I think it's good as a beginner rubber. But after about 3 months of use, even though I was cleaning it properly, it started feeling like an anti-spin rubber.
