I have this Kyohyo 8-80 power type on both sides of the Inner Force Layer ZLC, and first of all it is extremely heavy. The total weight is about 200 grams, so you have to swing faster and return faster to hit the ball repeatedly. As for the rubber, I personally didn't feel it was very sticky. It takes quite a bit of rotation, but it has a lot of speed and flies quite well. It's easy to use and has a lot of power when you hit it. The loop feels really good and it spins quite a bit. It's good because it has a small swing and you can get quite a lot of speed and spin quite a bit on the back, but I don't really recommend this rubber to people who are trying to switch from inverted rubber to sticky rubber. If you want to change, you might want to go from inverted rubber to sticky tension to sticky rubber. The reason is that the sticky rubber itself flies a lot in strange places and falls a lot on the other hand. I think it's quite good once you get used to it.
