This rubber is quite easy to use.
I bought the thick version and use it on the forehand of my Akatsuki En blade.
Control, spin, and speed are all decent, but after using it for 3-4 months, the tips are starting to increase little by little.
Perhaps it's because of my poor technique, but the spin and speed are a little lacking.

I switched from Rasanter R48.
The spin doesn't change all that much. The feel on contact holds the ball more than the Rasanter did.
The short game has gotten easier to do.

I used the NUZN48 2.1 on my forehand. I switched from the NUZN50 MAX because it was heavy and flew too much.
First, for topspin drives it grips well whether you open the racket angle or close it, and even swinging hard the ball still lands on the table. Thanks to a slight tackiness, defensive plays like blocks and pushes are stable. Since it's a rubber that doesn't fly too much or too little, you can also do topspin rallies by stepping back and swinging hard, and you can play close to the table aiming for counters. Personally, it felt like a rubber that goes from the ball-holding feel of the Rasanter C series to the crisp, refreshing shots of the R series. As long as you don't swing up too much the ball draws a nice arc and lands on the table, and swinging forward produces sharp shots too.
Of course the NUZN50 has a higher ceiling for things like ball speed, but if worrying about the ball going long stresses you out, I think using the NUZN48 lets you swing freely and play the way you picture in your head.
This is a rubber I'd recommend to people who want a slightly tacky feel but are worried about using a hard rubber.

I used this on the forehand (2.1) with a 5-ply blade. Compared to other 48-degree class rubbers, it feels softer. Because of that, ball control is easier and it's easy to put spin on the ball, and looping against backspin sends the ball quite high. It also grips the opponent's topspin easily and tends to pop up, so I had to make some adjustments. The short game — serves, pushes, stops — is easy to do, and since it doesn't fly too much you can play a stable game, but for drives and smashes you need to make solid contact or you're likely to get countered, so caution is needed there. Overall it's a well-balanced, stable rubber, and I think it's ideal as a back rubber for advanced players. On the forehand, I think it performs best paired with an inner-type blade that has some built-in speed.

Last time I reviewed the thick version on my backhand, so this time it's my impression of the max thickness on my forehand.
I switched after using NUZN 50 for a year, but my impression after using this one was that it feels middle-of-the-road.
Also, it seems I happened to get a heavy unit — it was 2g heavier than the NUZN 50 thick (in the video, it said NUZN 48 max thickness should be lighter than NUZN 50 thick).
As for the content: first, light taps don't really go anywhere.
The sheet seems to be a totally different thing from the 50, and maybe because the sponge is soft, if you don't really push through and follow the ball, it doesn't go.
That said, blocks and the short game felt pleasantly easy because of it.
For drives, both against topspin and backspin it was just easy to lift the ball upward, but spin, power, and speed were all mediocre.
On this point I felt the 50 was better.
Conclusion
This is forehand-only, but
for power, NUZN 50
for ease of use, Rasant C 48
for speed and stability, Rasant R 48
that's what I'd say.
