Compared to regular tacky rubber, this one is a lot tackier and gets a lot more spin.

For a tacky rubber, the tackiness is pretty weak — it feels more like a slightly tacky, high-bounce rubber.
It's easy to control and easy to put spin on, so it's good for practice.
At the time I was using a Hinoki Pen Winner R blade, which is discontinued now.Overall Speed Spin Control

The sheet looks really clean. It has a distinctive smell.
Spin definitely bites. The label says high-tension, but it actually feels more like a German-style tension rubber (which makes sense, since it's the entry rubber in the Ventus line).
The bounce is good too.
Among recent rubbers, I think this is the best value for money out there. It's marketed toward beginners, but I feel like you could keep using it for a long time even after you get pretty good.Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

Considering the price, I think you'd be better off buying Flextra instead. It's not bad, though. Actually, if you're going to spend this much, you could probably reach for something like Sriver or Ventus Basic instead.
