The blade is the same as the Viscaria, Timo Boll ALC, and Zhang Jike ALC. It has quite a bit of speed. Because the ball leaves the blade quickly, it's a bit hard to put spin on it. The feel is soft and doesn't resonate much in the hand.
The biggest feature is the grip — it's thin and easy to hold, and I felt the backhand was very easy to swing. I think it's a blade with excellent all-around ability.

Because of Covid I've only been able to hit with it once, so please bear with me. My first impression when hitting was that the ball tends to fly up. I had way more overshoot misses than net misses.
For the topspin drive, thanks to the way loops tend to fly up, it was easy to lift backspin balls. Speed drives are hard to sink the ball into since the rubber is stiff, but if you impact it firmly and get the ball to sink in, you get a great ball in both spin and speed.
Also, since the rubber is hard, the short game is stable and countering is easy. As for downsides, blocking is a bit harder and I found control tricky. The biggest downside, though, is the weight. After cutting it, it came out to over 50g. That makes it pretty hard to put it on both sides. That said, if you have the strength to swing all the way through, I think it's a fantastic, reliable rubber.

Lastly, this rubber has slight tackiness, but I felt that hitting it tension-style, rather than tacky-style, brings out its performance better.

    User review

I own both the Acoustic and the Acoustic Carbon, so let me compare them.
First, the Acoustic excels in feel, control, and spin performance. But it felt a bit lacking in speed, so I bought the Acoustic Carbon. That turned out to be a completely different animal — a real flying blade compared to the Acoustic.
The Acoustic Carbon Inner doesn't quite match the Acoustic for spin or control, but it's a nicely balanced blade with a good amount of both, plus decent speed too.
The feel is different from the Acoustic as well, but it's not too hard, and personally I liked it.
It's a versatile blade that works with pretty much any rubber.

I switched from the Acoustic looking for more speed. I expected something with just a bit more speed than the Acoustic, but honestly, it turned out to be a completely different animal.
This is a real high-flying blade, and the Acoustic's ease of putting on spin and its good control were largely lost. That said, the quality of the feel on impact is exactly like the Acoustic, so I think it's a good blade once you get used to it.

I felt the speed wasn't quite enough so I'm not using it anymore, but this used to be my main blade.
It has outstanding stability, drives and blocks are easy to hit, and it's easy to control too. The feel is also very good.
The one downside is, again, the speed - once you get to a higher level, with my power I just couldn't hit a shot that would blow straight through the opponent.
Still, it's easy to use with outstanding stability, so it's a blade I can recommend broadly, from beginners all the way up to advanced players.
