I use this on my backhand.
It's such a soft rubber that you can tell just by touching it with your hand.
This is the first time in a while I've felt a rubber that impressed me right away. It's consistent across every technique. In terms of spin amount it falls short compared to something like the G-1, but if you're going to use one, the S-1 is a good choice.
I thought this would be a great next rubber for young kids in the early grades of elementary school.

I didn't buy this for serious competition use.
My first impression was that it didn't feel heavy even with max-thickness rubber on both sides.
It has good bounce, but not too much, and I thought it was a well-balanced blade that's very easy to control. The feel on contact was pleasant too. Overall it reminds me of the discontinued Reygando.
The grip is anatomic, so it fits nicely in the hand. And the blade's design, and the box too, look great.

This is the very first rubber I put on my kids' rackets.
    It's also perfect for beginners.
My impression is that it has excellent control, so it's great for building a feel for the game. The feel on contact is mild too and easy to handle.
It's also easy for choppers to use for chopping.
Once you use it, you'll understand why it's such a long-time bestseller.

This is a really great rubber for someone who's just starting out in table tennis.
When I was truly just starting, I actually used it on both sides.
It's excellent for control and it's light.
The edges start wearing out pretty quickly though.

    I used this for chopping.
Both the chop and the push feel stable. It's easy to hold down hard shots, and the push is easy to cut too.
There wasn't that much variation in the chop.
I'd gotten used to horizontal-pip rubbers up until now, so since this one has vertical pips, techniques like the topspin drive where you brush the ball forward take some getting used to.
I thought this was a good rubber for a chopper.
