If the V>15 series is positioned for athletes, my impression was that this rubber is more for beginner to intermediate players.
I felt the performance is more than enough, especially for beginners or people just starting out. It's good in terms of spin, speed, and price.

    My first impression was "heavy."
The feel is on the harder side and it has good bounce, but you need a fairly strong impact to get a good shot out of it.
I thought the spin was really good.
Rather than digging the ball into the sponge, brushing the surface of the sheet gives you a huge amount of spin, so it might suit players who like to brush the surface when they hit.
I personally couldn't get the hang of it.
Lastly, the green sponge looks really cool ☆

This is a good blade to start out with if you're going for a chopping style.
You won't get much speed on attacks, but it's very easy to handle on defense — chopping, pushing, and so on.
It depends on the person, but I'd call it a good beginner blade for inverted-inverted choppers.

Speaking of Spin Pips, it's a short pips rubber known out of the corner of your eye as a "spin gauge."
My impression is that it's a good rubber for a chopper's backhand.
It's easy to control, and you can freely decide for yourself whether to add spin or not.
It also doesn't bounce much, so it's easy to keep drives in check. It's a good rubber.

This rubber has been around since before I started table tennis, over 25 years ago.
These days it's also known for being used by female choppers overseas.
I think it's a great rubber if you want to use short pips. It doesn't have much bounce, so it's easy to control.
