Being a Senzo (hollow-handle) build, it stays light and well-balanced overall even with max-thickness rubber on both sides.
The grip is also slim, in a JO shape, so even small kids or women can get a good, firm hold on it.
The feel when hitting the ball is a bit soft, which makes it easy to control and great for the short game.
Put a soft-sponge rubber on it and you get a nice "pekyon" sound with a great feel.
It's a blade with really well-rounded overall balance.

Compared to other chopping blades, it bounces really well.
    And it's heavy.
But because of that weight, once you get used to handling it, you can chop with heavy backspin over and over.
It's good for a chopper-style player who attacks a lot.

Regardless of whether you're a beginner or advanced chopper, this is an extremely well-balanced blade for chop-based players.
There's no bounce to speak of, but the stability on chops and pushes is off the charts. Attacking is also easy.
Koji Matsushita himself, who this blade is named after, still uses it, you know.
If you're a chop-based player, this is a blade worth trying at least once.

I put this on my son's blade.
My impression is that it's slightly harder than Tenergy 64.
It puts good spin on the ball — even my son, who's in first grade, gets nice spin on his topspin drives with it. Smashes are easy to hit too.
It makes sense that so many of Japan's top players use this rubber.
    It's a really excellent rubber.

This is an easy-to-use rubber for choppers switching from inverted or short pips to long pips. Chops and pushes are stable and easy to return.
The pips are harder than the TSP Curl series, but the feel on contact is soft. There's less variation than the Curl series, but it's stable and easy to return over and over.
It's a good rubber for choppers to start with when trying out long pips for the first time.
