  TENERGY 05

  

  A top-tier rubber that's also become a standard choice. As you probably know, within the Tenergy line - 05, 64, 80, 25 - you should really understand each one's characteristics before buying. If you like the 64, you might find the 05 a bit harder for blocking or flat hits. On the other hand, if you like generating your own spin, I think the 05 is great.

  最高峰のラバーであり、スタンダードでもあるラバー。わかってると思いますが、テナジーは05 64 80 25で特徴を良くわかってから買うべしです。64好きなら、05は少しブロックとかフラット打ちがやりにくいとかあるかも。逆に自分から回転かけていくなら、05は良いと思います。

  Rasant Turbo

  

  This is a very aggressive rubber with a hard feel on contact.
  It really is a classic German-style spin-tension rubber, and it takes spin well.
  (It made a metallic sound, and it felt like the spin was coming from the sheet itself.)

  The downside, I thought, is that it's a bit hard to drop your contact point and play it in safely. I think it's a fun rubber to use once you've mastered it, if you're an advanced player who can swing through properly.

  かなり攻撃的で硬い打球感のラバーです。
  いかにもドイツ系のスピンテンションというラバーで、よく回転がかかります。
  （金属音が鳴り、シートでかけてるような感じがしました）

  デメリットは打球点を落として、安全に入れにいくのが少し難しいとこかなと思いました。上級者でしっかり振れる人なら使いこなせば面白いラバーだと思います。

  TENERGY 05

  

  Needless to say, it's a top-tier rubber.
  Spin is where it shines the most, and the balance of speed, control, and ball-holding is fantastic.
  Personally, I feel Butterfly's Spring Sponge really does hold the ball well and makes shots go in reliably.
  The downsides are, as always, the price and how quickly the rubber wears out. Table tennis players joking about how the price is just too high has become a running gag among us.

  言うまでもなく、最高峰のラバーです。
  スピンが一番優れていて、スピード、コントロール、球持ちのバランスが素晴らしいです。
  個人的にはバタフライのスプリングスポンジはやはりすごく球持ちがあり、よく入るなと感じます。
  悪い点はやはり、値段とラバーの持ちが悪い点。値段が高すぎるよねーと語るのが卓球人同士の語りぐさになってます。

  RASANTER R53

  

  I'm an equipment geek and used to switch rubbers every couple of months. But I've stuck with this one for about a year and a half now. Here's why:
  ● For some reason it just works with a Timo Boll ALC (just my personal take).
  I've used things like 05 and 05 Hard, and they're both good, but 05 feels too soft for me and Hard feels too hard.
  Rasanter R53 sits right in between. So if you're someone looking for something between 05 and 05 Hard, this might click for you. It feels soft for a 53°, but it's still best suited to players closer to advanced level with some power behind their shots.
  By the way, it felt like a completely different rubber from C53. A friend of mine also said, "R53 for forehand, C for backhand, maybe."

  自分は用具マニアで、ラバーをコロコロ2ヶ月くらいで変えてました。しかし、このラバーをもう一年半くらい固定しています。理由は以下です。
  ●なぜかティモボルalcに合います。（個人的意見）
  05とか05ハードとか使って、いいんですけど、05だと自分には柔らかく、ハードだと硬いんです。
  その間にラザンターR53が入りました。なので、05と05ハードの中間のラバーないかな？って人にはハマるかもしれません。53度にしては柔らかく感じますが、それでも上級者に近い人向けでパワーのある方がいいでしょう。
  ちなみに、C53とは全く違うラバーに感じました。友人も「フォアならR53で、バックならCかな」と言ってました。

  RASANTER C53

  

  I switched from R53 looking for even more spin. But it turned out to be a completely different type of rubber.
  I expected it to be a slightly tacky, tension-leaning rubber, but the feel really is "mushy." It feels more like a tacky rubber than I expected.
  So as someone who likes the speed-oriented R53, I couldn't get into this one at all. On the other hand, if you like that "mushy" tacky feel, this might suit you. It definitely felt like it was made with the 09C in mind. But personally I think the 09C is better.
  On the flip side, here are the points where it beats R53.
  - Backspin attacks: the ball comes up without netting. But R is overwhelmingly faster.
  - Stop: it stops with a tacky touch.
  I haven't tested counters much, but they're probably fine.

  R53からさらなる回転を求めて、変えました。しかし、全く種類の違うラバーでした。
  イメージはテンション寄りの微粘着だと思いますが、やはり打感が「ベチャ」という感じです。思ったより粘着ラバーの打感です。
  なので、スピード系のR53が好きな自分は、全く好きになれませんでした。逆にその「ベチャ」とした粘着の打感が好きな方は合うかも。たしかに09Cを意識したラバーのように感じました。でも09Cのほうが良いと自分は思いました。
  逆にR53より良かった点をあげます。
  ■下回転打ち→ネットミスが出ず上がります。ただスピードは圧倒的にRです。
  ■ストップ→粘着のタッチで止まります。
  カウンターはそんなに試してないですが、いいでしょう。
