I saw a lot of low ratings on YouTube, so I wanted to see for myself and tried the shop's demo rubber.
Coming from a regular tension-rubber user's perspective, it really doesn't bounce. It bounces even less than Hurricane Neo 3. So I don't think it's for people who use tension or bouncy rubbers. The moment you bounce the ball on it, you go "huh!?" - that's how little bounce it has.

By the way, I also asked a regular Hurricane user for their impressions from trying it... and they gave it a low rating too.

    Good points
    - If you brush the ball with the topsheet, the spin is amazing! Serves and pushes were excellent.

I really can't think of who this is for, other than maybe choppers. Personally, it wasn't a rubber I liked much.

Bought this in Chinese penhold, 93g, while stock was low.

    Good points
    - Surprisingly good spin, with a moderate arc
    - In the short game it flies a bit, but stays within a manageable range
    - Speed comes naturally, so if you commit fully to spin on your drives, loop drives really bite in too

Points I wasn't as fond of
    - In the short game it lands surprisingly well with a mild feel, but hitting hard, like a forehand smash, is difficult
    - When you do meet the ball hard, the feel is like a metal bat — there's no real grip on the ball, and not much sense of "having hit it"

    Overall impression
I switched over from the Timo Boll ALC. For stability, feel, and grip on the ball, the Timo Boll ALC wins, but if you're an advanced player aiming for the tightest possible balance between raising your speed and still being able to control the short game, I think this blade might be the one.
    Going forward
I plan to keep using it and share more impressions later.

I've tried it on a bunch of different blades, but in the end I've settled on pairing it with an inner-carbon blade that isn't too fast.
This rubber flies quite a bit and the ball goes in deep, so I feel a blade with a slightly more controlled bounce works better.

I mainly play blocks and counters, and this rubber is really easy to use for that.
I think it's a high-performance rubber that also gives good spin on serves. The only downside is that it's on the heavier side.

I put this on a Timo Boll ALC.
Outer blades make control difficult. The ball doesn't hold long enough, so I think the best match would be a wood blade or an inner-carbon blade.

The push is amazing. Up until now I thought Hurricane cut the ball the best, but this is a top-class rubber among tension rubbers for that.
You can win with pushes alone almost every time!

However, it's hard and demands high swing speed, so attacking is difficult. If you don't swing extremely hard, you won't get a good shot.
Compared to Rasanter R53, the Rasanter is much easier to hit with. But the Platinum XH gives you an insane amount of spin.
So, it's still an advanced-player rubber after all. Also, it should be amazing for advanced choppers!
I'll keep using it for a while. Right now, even though it's hard for me to use, I keep winning with it.

    Rewriting my review.
I used to pair this with tension rubber, but this time I tried it with Xiang Long.
This combination really clicked for me personally!
With tension rubber the ball tended to feel light, but now it feels heavy.
With tension rubber my pushes tended to run long, but now they land just right.
Also, one distinctive thing is how fast the smashes are.
Paired with a harder rubber, that crisp, snappy hitting style really packs a punch.
Pair it with tacky rubber and the feel gets hard, but for people it clicks with, it's a combination that really clicks.
