  In terms of speed, spin, and how automatically things come together, it's like a budget version of Tenergy 05 — a Tenergy 05 for the everyday player.
  It's easy to handle, and might work well on either forehand or backhand.

  GFT40

  

  Mizuno's GT series generates plenty of spin and has excellent control.
  The GFT40, the softest in the series, is recommended for the backhand side. It'll probably feel a bit lacking for an intermediate player's forehand. For a beginner prioritizing stability on the forehand, though, it's a reasonable choice.

  ミズノのGTシリーズは、回転も十分にかかり、コントロール性能に優れています。
  シリーズの中で一番硬度の低いGFT40は、バック面にオススメです。中級者のフォアでは少し物足りないでしょう。初級者ならフォアで安定性重視はあり得る選択肢です。

  This is a review from a Chinese-penhold player.
  It's a powerful 7-ply with easy spin, combined with the softness of an all-wood blade, and great value for money.
  As long as you're playing from mid-distance or closer to the table, every technique comes out above average without any weak points, so it's a blade that's hard to find fault with.

  The one drawback is the weight.

  If you're not confident in your strength, you'll probably need to adjust the weight with the rubber on your backhand side. It's an honest blade that transmits power faithfully to the ball, whether for no-spin techniques or hard hits. There's a real sense of reliability that it won't let you down, but you might also find it a bit lacking in excitement.
  If it matches what you're looking for, though, I think it could easily become a long-term partner for your game.

  ７枚合板で威力があり、回転もかけやすく、木製の柔らかさも兼ね備えたコスパの高いラケットです。
  中陣より前でプレイする限り、どの技術も平均点以上でそつなくこなせるため、不満の出にくいラケットです。

  ただひとつの欠点は重さです。

  筋力に自信がない方は、バック面のラバーで重さを調整する必要がでてくるでしょう。弾ませない技術も強打した時のパワーもしっかりボールに伝えてくれる正直なラケットです。裏切らない安心感はありますが、面白味に欠ける物足りなさを感じることもあるかも知れません。
  求めるものが合致するならば、長く付き合うパートナーに充分なり得るラケットではないでしょうか。
