It bounces more than your average 7-ply wood blade.
It's light, so you can swing all the way through properly.
Because the racket is light, my drives feel a bit light too, which bugs me a little.
If you've already got a solid handle on techniques where you don't want extra bounce, like blocks and the short game,
you'll probably find this easy to use.
The sound it makes on soft hits is a bit of a pokopoko (hollow popping) sound, which I do notice lolOverall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little hard

This was my first time using an ALC blade.
It's harder than a wood plywood blade, but I could hit with it without much of a disconnect.
When I want it to send the ball flying, it does.
It's not so fast that you lose control.
If you can take a solid swing, I think it's easy to put spin on the ball.
From how it felt when I hit with it, it seems like it'd pair well with Extra.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little hard

If you put this on a hard blade, it flies too much.
If you want to control the ball by putting your own spin on it,
it seems better to put it on a softer blade.
Compared to the Tenergy, it falls short in every respect.
That said, I think it offers good value for money.

I bought this as a set for my daughter's first racket.
Not having much bounce is nice for learning control,
but it's a bit too dead (feels hollow), so switching to a livelier blade later might be tough.
