  OMEGA V EURO

  

  This rubber got featured in Table Tennis King as a "post-Tenergy" option!
  It's part of the Euro line so the sponge is on the softer side, but the topsheet in the Omega series is firm, so overall the hardness ends up about the same as the 05.
  My first impression was that the drive speed and spin were even better than the 05. I was blown away by how good it performed.
  That said, for blocks, pushes, and chiquitas, Tenergy is still easier to use and has more power.
  Price-wise this rubber costs about half of Tenergy, so it's clearly great value for money.
  The downside is that because the performance is so high, you get hit hard by your opponent's spin — it's not an exaggeration to say it's overly sensitive to it.
  You need to adjust your angle carefully on pushes and flicks, and stay focused all the way through the meet point.
  Because of that, receiving serves felt really difficult.
  Aside from that point, this rubber is even better than Tenergy.

  ポストテナジーとして卓球王国でも取り上げられたラバー！
  ヨーロですのでスポンジが柔らかめのですが、シートがオメガシリーズは硬めなので全体としては05と同じ位の硬度となっています。　
  まず第1印象はドライブのスピード、回転量は05よりもあります。驚くべき性能を感じました。
  しかし、ブロックやツッツキ、チキータなどははやりテナジーのほうがやりやすく、威力もあります。
  このラバーは金額面ではテナジーの半額ぐらいで買えますのでコスパの良さが伺えます。
  しかし、欠点は性能が高すぎるため、回転の影響をもろに受ける点です。　受けすぎるといっても過言ではありません。
  ツッツキやフリックの際に角度の調整が必要となり、ミートするまで神経を注がなければなりません。
  そのためサーブレシーブが非常に難しく感じました。
  その点を除けばテナジー以上のラバーです。

  VIOLIN CARBON

  

  As a fan of the String series, I'll say the Violin is tough for the average user to handle! That's because it flexes too much, and if you don't flex it properly the ball just won't fly! But once you really get it flexing, it's a gem that lets you hit insane drives you just can't get anywhere else!

  This time I wanted to test what happens when carbon is added.
  My first impression is that the feel on contact is harder! The carbon adds bounce and reduces the flex, which makes it easier to handle.
  It seems well suited to short pips or long pips players!
  Overall I'd rate it higher than the Acoustic Carbon, but honestly, I don't think the String series needs carbon at all.
  I think regular Kevlar carbon or arylate carbon works better.

  弦楽シリーズマニアとして、バイオリンは一般ユーザーに扱いづらい！その理由はしなり過ぎる点としならせないとボールが飛ばない点！しかし、しっかりしならせれば他には変えがたいエグいドライブが打てる銘品！

  今回はカーボンを入れることでどうなるか検証してみます。
  第1印象は打球感が硬いです！カーボンによる弾みを持たせ、しなりが少なくなっため、扱いやすくなっています。
  表ソフトや粒高のプレーヤー向きですね！
  全体的にはアコースティックカーボンよりは高評価がですが、正直、弦楽シリーズにカーボンはいらないと思います。
  通常のケブラーカーボンやアリレートカーボンのほうがいいと思います。

  VIPER SOFT

  

  My first impression is that chopping is easy with this.
  Compared to Grass, it lacks a bit in reversal effect, but it produces more spin than other long pips. Against topspin drives, the softness of the pips lets you control the ball well, so for its level of reversal effect, the control feels really good!
  If I had to name a drawback, it's that it's hard to vary the strength of the spin, so your opponent gets used to it! Once they adjust, you could end up as easy prey.
  In terms of control and reversal effect, this is a top-class rubber.

  最初の印象は、カットはやりやすいです。
  グラスに比べると反転能力はかけますが、その他の粒高よりも回転量が多いです。対ドライブ対しては粒の柔らかさで抑えがききますので、反転能力の割にはコントロールが良い印象！
  欠点を挙げるなら、回転の強弱がつけづらいため、相手が慣れてしまう点！慣れられたらいいカモになってしまう可能性があります。
  コントロールと反転能力の面で言えばトップクラスのラバーとなっております。

  FLYATT Carbon PRO

  

  This is the blade Yu-san recommended back in the day on old table tennis gear reviews and Table Tennis Kingdom!
  Judging by the thickness and the kevlar carbon special material, I figured it would be similar to the Timo Boll ALC, so I bought it.
  But it doesn't feel like the Timo Boll at all - the feel is closer to the old Kourin Hui Special or Iolite!
  It's light with a moderate bounce. In topspin rallies you get a bit of a feeling of the ball slipping through!
  Some people say it's light so it suits Chinese rubber, but I actually felt it's more of a blade for drives with a high arc using softer rubber.
  Since it's light, bouncy, and gives a really refreshing feel, it's perfect for junior high students and women.
  It didn't seem to pair well with short pips or long pips, but overall it's a piece that really shows off good value for money!

  昔の卓球グッズ、卓球王国でゆうさんが推奨していたラケット！
  板厚やケブラーカーボンの特殊素材からみるにティモボルALCに似ているのかと思い購入。
  しかしティモボルではなく、昔のコウリンホイスペシャルやアイオライトに近い打球感です！
  軽くて適度な弾みがあります。引き合いになると少しボールが抜ける感覚がありますね！
  軽いので中国ラバーに合うという意見もありますが、逆に柔らかめのラバーで高い弧線を描くドライブ向けのラケットだと感じました。
  軽くて弾みがあり爽快感が感じられるラケットなので中学生や女性にピッタリですね。
  表や粒には相性が悪い印象でしたが、コスパの良さが伺えるそんな一品です！

  HURRICANE PRO Ⅲ TURBO ORANGE

  

  I used the Hurricane Neo3 for many years, but what's good about this rubber is the high quality of the topsheet. It's very durable — it lasted a comfortable 4.5 months.
  The tackiness itself is stronger on the Neo3, but when you really sink the ball into the sponge, this one (Turbo) gives you more spin.
  The speed is somewhere between a high-elasticity rubber and a tension rubber.
  The drive trajectory sinks down properly, loops climb and extend, and there's a clear change right after the bounce too.
  Overall it's a very well-finished Chinese rubber.
  If I had to name a downside, it's that it's about 5 grams heavier than the old Hurricane Neo3.
  You'll just have to adjust with your blade or the backhand rubber!

  キョウヒョウネオ3を長年使用してきましましたが、このラバーの良さはシートの質が高いところです。耐久性が高く4.5ヶ月は余裕で使えました。
  粘着力はネオ3のほうが強いですが、食い込ませたときの回転量はターボのほうがあります。
  スピードも高弾性ラバーとテンション系ラバーの中間ぐらいです。
  ドライブの弾道も沈んだり、ループは伸び上がったり、バウンド直後の変化もしっかりあります。
  平均的に中国ラバーとしての完成度が高いです。
  しかし欠点をあげるとしたら、重さが従来のキョウヒョウネオ3よりも5グラムぐらいあるところです。
  ラケットや裏面で調整するしかないですね！
