It doesn't have any standout characteristics, but it's a rubber that makes ball control easy.
If you sink the ball into the sponge and hit, you get powerful shots, and if you brush the ball, you can hold back the distance and put spin on it as intended.

I personally prioritize a crisp, bouncy feel so I pair it with a hard blade, but when paired with a soft wooden blade, you can actually feel the ball sit on the rubber the moment you hit it. With a hard blade you get the kind of straight, direct ball you'd expect from short pips. It depends on how you use it, but I think it's an interesting rubber that works with either a pure wood blade or one with special materials mixed in.
Compared to the Booster SA I used before, this one grips for spin in a different way. Compared to Booster SA, the bounce is toned down and you can feel the ball sit on it, which made it easier to control. Used at 2.0mm. Looking at it, the pips are packed tightly, giving it the look of a spin-oriented sideways-grain pips rubber that seems easy to put spin on. Actually hitting with it, maybe thanks to the sponge hardness, you get the kind of straight, flat shots typical of short pips. The sheet lets you put spin on the ball too. Knuckle balls aren't that easy to produce, but I think it's an all-around rubber that can handle a full range of techniques.

It's a hard, bouncy blade, but it's strange that even with carbon in it, it still has a proper wood feel.
With short pips on the forehand, it's easy to both put spin on the ball and to punch it.

You can produce knuckleballs, and if you swing fully, you can also put a fair amount of spin on your drives. Thanks to the softness of the sponge you get a real sense of holding the ball, so among speed-oriented short pips rubbers, it's relatively easy to add spin on serves too. I think it suits a hard 7-ply blade or one with special composite materials. That said, if you hit with a half-hearted impact, the ball just slides off the surface and drops.
