For the forehand, I'd recommend a hard rubber like a Chinese rubber.
If you hit with a lot of impact, a soft rubber will feel lacking. Even with Evolution MX-S I felt some energy loss!
Same goes for the backhand — I think it's better to go a bit harder than whatever you'd normally use. Right now I'm feeling like MX-P isn't quite enough, so I'm thinking of switching to something a bit harder!Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little soft

A recommended rubber for hard hitters. The harder you hit, the more power you get. The trajectory is a straight line!
Compared to the Tenergy series, stops are less likely to pop up and are easier to do!
This is definitely a rubber for advanced players!Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

Since I used it on a blade with reduced bounce, hard hits felt a little lacking.
The balance is good, and it can handle just about anything!
If your impact is too strong, you can lose some power sometimes!Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

Good points
- Makes a satisfying metallic sound
- Easy to hit flat shots (meet the ball) with
- Not very sensitive to spin, so receiving is easyBad points
- The overall spin level is lowI'd recommend it for people who use flat hits rather than drives on the backhand.
