For the forehand, I'd recommend a hard rubber like a Chinese rubber.
If you hit with a lot of impact, a soft rubber will feel lacking. Even with Evolution MX-S I felt some energy loss!
Same goes for the backhand — I think it's better to go a bit harder than whatever you'd normally use. Right now I'm feeling like MX-P isn't quite enough, so I'm thinking of switching to something a bit harder!

A recommended rubber for hard hitters. The harder you hit, the more power you get. The trajectory is a straight line!
Compared to the Tenergy series, stops are less likely to pop up and are easier to do!
This is definitely a rubber for advanced players!

Since I used it on a blade with reduced bounce, hard hits felt a little lacking.
The balance is good, and it can handle just about anything!
If your impact is too strong, you can lose some power sometimes!

    Good points
    - Makes a satisfying metallic sound
    - Easy to hit flat shots (meet the ball) with
    - Not very sensitive to spin, so receiving is easy

    Bad points
    - The overall spin level is low

I'd recommend it for people who use flat hits rather than drives on the backhand.
