I used this rubber for most of the time I was playing with long pips. Since it's an OX rubber, it's easy to stop the ball. Even someone like me who switched to long pips because my backhand was weak found it easy to use — it's a rubber that pretty much anyone can handle.
The pips are on the firm side and it's easy to get a sharp spin effect off them. That said, it doesn't just naturally produce spin on its own — you have to actively impart it yourself. But once you get the feel for it, it's easy to grasp, and that's when it gets fun. Spin is also easier to generate than expected, which makes attacking easy too.

It's just really easy to put backspin on. And since the ball goes into the court easily, I think it's easy to use for practice. That said, if you just tap it in, the amount of spin is basically nonexistent, so you do need to be conscious of how you make contact.

If you want stability from a Chinese rubber, I'd say this is the one.
There's the usual difficulty of tacky rubbers — the specific hitting technique required, the need for power, having to hit every ball with a strong impact — those challenges are there. But once you understand that and keep using it, you get the hang of it and start producing good shots, so you do need to keep practicing patiently.

I can't recommend this as a beginner's first rubber. It's better used as your second rubber or later. It's an all-around rubber, so it should suit any playing style. Hitting with a sinking-in stroke works really well, but if you brush the ball, it can slip occasionally.
The amount of spin doesn't come close to Tenergy, but the speed can reach the same level as the 05.

I used this blade for most of high school. The one I bought was really light at 72g (the lightest blade I've ever used). I was using long pips with it at the time, so I remember the total weight being as low as 138g.
It does have carbon, but it's thin, so I think you can pick it up from a pure wood blade without much of an adjustment. Overall the feel is soft, so harder rubbers will give you better balance. The blade is thin, so it tends to feel like it gets pushed back when blocking. Because of that, I think you either go all in on lightness and keep attacking with full swings, or put on heavier rubbers for overall stability.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little soft
