When I first started using it, it felt a bit sluggish and I couldn't get used to it, but once you adjust, you can use it without any discomfort.

I used it on forehand, but when you really try to crank a lot of spin into the ball, it can slip.
I don't think it suits power hitters.If you're using it on forehand, I'd recommend a style like Ito's, relying a lot on drives and flat hits.
Or on backhand, since you don't swing as hard, I don't think the ball drops as much.Honestly, it feels a generation behind at this point, and it doesn't really have any standout characteristics, so I don't think it's worth paying a lot of money for. Nittaku rubbers in general feel like they lack a real strength.
