I switched from Triple Double Extra, which I'd been using since it came out.
A strong tacky rubber is great if you can practice every day... but with limited practice time, I couldn't get enough speed out of a strong tacky rubber, so I tried this one instead.
It kept the same spin as the strong tacky rubber while boosting the speed by a whole different level. It's a hard rubber, but not rock-hard — the sheet is soft, so I could switch over from a strong tacky rubber without any issues. If you're used to tacky rubbers, I don't think you'll have any problems.
The sheet itself doesn't feel very tacky, but the short game and counters play exactly like a tacky rubber. I'd say this might be the pinnacle of tacky tension rubbers.Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

You don't feel much tackiness on the surface, and the spin is about average, I'd say. If you're used to tacky rubbers, you'll probably find it lacking. In the short game it stays on the table nicely, true to being a slightly tacky rubber. Reviews often say it's similar to the 09C, but to me it feels like a different animal.
I'd say it leans quite far toward tension with just a hint of tack, so I'd recommend it for people who normally use tension rubbers.Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

Mine weighed 85g. It's hard, the ball leaves it fast, and it really flies. With tension rubber at max thickness it flew too far for my level to handle.
However, it pairs amazingly well with Hybrid K3 at 2.0mm, producing shots that don't even feel like my own. I'm very happy with both the speed and spin. Even from mid-to-far distance you get plenty of distance on your shots.
I think it's basically an advanced player's blade, but if you go with thick or thinner rubber, even an intermediate player like me can handle it.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Hard

I used the 2.0 thickness. Maybe because I normally use tacky rubbers, this one didn't feel tacky to me at all. It generates more spin than a tension rubber and more speed than a tacky rubber.
Drives against backspin are also really easy. I'm going to keep using it as my backhand rubber for a while.Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

I switched over from a Kenta Matsudaira ALC. First off, I was surprised how different it felt even though I hadn't changed my rubber at all.
On the forehand, the tacky rubber makes a high metallic sound, and my speed drives and counters got so much faster it barely felt like my own shots. It took a while to get used to the loop drive, I kept floating it or hitting it long.
The backhand doesn't sound quite as good as the forehand, but it still has a nice sound. Loop drives and chiquitas are easy to hit.
The short game, blocks, and pushes don't feel much different from before.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little hard
