I played max thickness on the forehand of a Tomokazu Harimoto Innerforce ALC. Weight was 46.6g.
Like other reviews say, this rubber is well balanced between the 05 and the 64. It arcs more than the 64 and is faster than the 05. It feels like a consistent rubber, but the ball has weight behind it.
Compared to the Evolution EL-D of the same hardness that I use on my backhand, this feels softer and I can feel the ball holding on the sponge longer.
I think it's an all-around rubber that works well on both forehand and backhand.

    User review

Put a 2.0mm sheet on the forehand of my SWAT. Weight was 49g.
Compared to Vega Tour on my backhand, this felt harder.
Because of that, if you hit it properly, you get real speed.
So it felt more flat and straight compared to Vega Tour.
If you want speed, go with Vega X; if you want spin, go with Vega Tour.

I used this on an Aqua Blade.
Overall there's no technique that feels hard to do, but since it has a horizontal grain pattern, the knuckle effect isn't that strong. Compared to inverted rubber it does produce knuckle balls, but you have to actively create the knuckle effect yourself to make your opponent miss.
For receiving, even inverted-rubber-style strokes work fine.
In terms of spin with a horizontal grain pattern, I'd rank it as
Impartial XS > Rakza PO ≈ Moristo SP AX > Booster SA.

    User review

I compared this with TSP's SWAT and SWAT SPEED, using Ventus Extra on the forehand for all three.
This is a different blade from the other two. Compared to the SPEED, the board is noticeably harder with a stronger kick, so it gets more distance. With the SPEED it felt like you were hitting off the top ply, but with this one it feels like you're hitting right off the surface of the board.
If you're moving over from the regular SWAT, I think you'll find lifting techniques against backspin a bit tricky.
The SWAT's signature feel — the board flexing to grip strong spin, and absorbing power so blocks stay on the table — is smaller here, but this is a blade that holds up in exchanges and lets you get real power out of a full swing.
I also think it holds the ball better and produces more arc than special-material blades or Butterfly's SK7.
With Ventus Extra, the SWAT gives you that flex-and-launch power, but the POWER kicks the ball off the surface for sharp, fast shots. The difference in power was overwhelming.
I felt like this is a blade that answers the demand of "I can't get a feel for spin with special-material blades, but I want power while still keeping the ball on the table."

    User review

I borrowed a friend's and hit it holding a shakehand blade penhold-style, so take this as just a reference. Used the thick version.
It produces a pretty clean ball, quite close to inverted rubber.
Compared to SA, the ball leaves the rubber faster and flies more, so I felt that if you use it as penhold short pips, you need to pair it with a wood blade. My impression was that you need to close the racket face quite a bit or the ball won't land in.
For hitting down from above, it produces a fast ball, so that felt good.
That said, compared to SA, it doesn't produce knuckle balls. You can't expect your opponent to net it - it comes back to you normally.
Since it's easier for you to land your shots, the return you get back isn't as nasty, so I'd say this suits a shakehand backhand more than penhold.
If you're switching over from a tension-style inverted rubber, I think you'll find it easy to handle.
