The manufacturer-listed sponge hardness is 20! It's super soft. Even a scrap piece of the rubber is floppy (maybe that's partly because I used the 0.5mm version).
This rubber is all about stability. If you just make contact, the ball tends to go in. It was especially easy to do chop blocks thanks to that stability. Pushes felt a little floaty. Push blocks were good too — they didn't overshoot or hit the net.
For chopping, it's fine on the forehand as well as the backhand, of course. I felt this rubber shines more as a tacky, control-oriented rubber than as an attacking one.
It's very cheap, so it's totally fine even for someone new to pips.

It's pretty slow. I don't think I'll keep using it.
It doesn't get that much spin either. Rather than brushing the ball, you're better off just hitting into it. And since it's soft, the ceiling is low.
It has a just-get-it-in kind of feel, and I wasn't really a fan. Might be good as a second or third rubber though?
Personally, I feel like the topsheet gets damp easily for some reason.
Chops bite well, so I think it's good for choppers or blockers. Wouldn't recommend it on a hard blade.

It basically doesn't have much bounce. I think it's good for choppers who prioritize stability or a grinding style.
Since it's soft, the ball drops when you hit it hard.

It's a slightly "poppy"/dead-sounding type of blade. It doesn't generate a ton of speed, but it's easy to put spin on the ball (though the ceiling isn't that high). I'd recommend it as a first blade.
I think pairing it with a low-bounce DHS rubber (like PF4) makes it easy to produce tricky, unpredictable shots.

This softness is tough even for intermediate players. It's softer than anything I've ever felt. Might work if you're just waiting for mistakes against a long-pips opponent, though.
