It's quite expensive and hard to master, but once you can handle it, speed, spin, depth, control, and variation all become weapons. This blade only really works with tacky rubber. The way to use this blade is to make contact with the ball right in front of your body.

This one really flies.
It's honestly at a level that makes you doubt it's a 5-ply.

Even just forehand hitting, it flies a lot.
Topspin drives arc up quite a bit.
If you're not a pretty serious player, it's tough to handle.

The backhand side is stable thanks to the higher arc, but it feels unsuited to modern backhand techniques.

The blade face is large, so it ends up fairly heavy.
That said, blocking is stable because of it.

I'd only recommend this for advanced players who are particular about equipment, or people who just want it for their collection — I wouldn't recommend it for regular use.

Pairs well with tacky rubber. It's a 5-ply but feels like a 7-ply. I'm using tacky rubber on both sides.
Topspin drive
Since it's all wood, it's easy to get spin on, and it suits tacky rubber well. It also rarely goes long off the table.
Push
Easy to do — the control really shines here.
Stop
Combined with tacky rubber it stops well.
Serve
Unlike carbon blades, it grips the ball quite well, so it was easy to serve with.
Flick
The short-game technique didn't fly too much, which was good.
Topspin rallies
A bit hard — with tacky rubber it just doesn't fly much no matter what.
Lobbing
Average — lobs go further than I expected.

Overall
Since it's a DHS blade with 5 plies, it pairs really well with tacky rubber. Definitely try playing with tacky rubber on this one.

It just feels really easy to use overall. It's in the fast-flying category, but if you adjust with the right rubber, it handles everything smoothly, from small touch shots to topspin drives!

I'm using the Hurricane King 2 and it's really easy to use!
But control is tough at first, so if a beginner buys it just to look cool, I think they'll regret it. I use Omega Pro V on the forehand and Hexer on the backhand—as the power goes up, the weight goes up proportionally too. So I think it's easy to use if you're confident in your arm strength.

Compared to Hurricane King, it's clearly faster.

I wasn't satisfied with the speed even with Hurricane Neo 3, so I finally found the best combination.

The stop shots floated a bit until I got used to it, but once I did, it was fine.

Serves are easy to produce too, I think.
