The sound when you hit the ball is high-pitched, but there's no unpleasant vibration in your hand, and you can still clearly feel the contact with the ball.
The speed is by no means bad either, and since there's some flex, it's easy to add spin.
It has this strange feel where you can tell exactly where on the blade you hit the ball.
It keeps the feel of the ball's impact while getting rid of the unpleasant resonance.
It's like listening to music with noise-canceling on...
It's pretty cheap too, so you can enjoy this amazing feel for a great price
The tip of the joshape flexes nicely and you can put a lot of spin on it

I've been using the 82g ST grip version for two years now. It's a thin five-ply blade, the kind that would be classified as a "fossil" by today's standards, but it's a strange blade that also has a kind of "avant-garde" side to it, like its distinctive blade shape and grip. The performance is top-notch, but I was concerned about the blade's durability. In my case, the glued surface on the head side of the grip came apart, it flexed too much, and the top ply under the grip cracked. A tournament was coming up, so I took the grip off and did a quick fix, but I'm still a little uneasy about it. Since the blade is thin with a narrow throat, I had some worries going in, but I never expected the grip itself to come loose, so it was a shock. Still, the fact that it made me want to fix and keep using this blade instead of switching to my backup Korbel is proof of how good this blade really is, don't you think? If you're a Waldner fan and this worries you, it might be worth getting the JO Waldner OFF instead, which has the grip glued on completely and a 0.2mm blade thickness. It's a shame, because it's such a good blade that I wanted to use it for life.

I fought all the way to a runner-up finish in the regional team tournament with this blade.
The feel is a little soft, but nothing feels off about it — it's not hollow-feeling at all. There's no flex, so if you like a flexy blade this might not be for you. As for speed, unless your rubber is really dead, it flies just fine, though I don't think it can beat carbon blades. As a level, I'd recommend it as your second or third blade.

This is my first review. Rubber is max thickness on both sides.
This racket has the edge/horn cut down quite a bit, and with the ST grip, none of the awkwardness in holding that older rackets had is present at all.
It felt a bit hard to the touch, but since the blade is thin, I think it bounces about the same as rackets like the Korbel.
From here I'll compare it with the Korbel. I didn't feel much difference in drive power, but this one doesn't have that odd vibration on impact that I disliked about the Korbel.
Being a 5-ply blade, the short game is easy across every technique. Even I, who's bad at flicks, can pull them off during matches.
Hitting backspin balls, both loops and fast drives, is easy.
Blocks have moderate bounce and are very easy to do.
This racket has a slightly unusual blade shape, so once you get used to this shape, you might not be able to go back to a normal racket. If you're a Waldner fan, you probably know this is the racket he used at the 1997 World Championships, the 2000 Olympics, and the WTTC, so you might already know how good the performance is without needing my review. As I wrote in the title, the offense/defense balance is really good. The blade shape that Waldner favors doesn't hit against your hand, so you can play with absolutely no discomfort.
It felt hard to the touch, but once you hit with it, maybe because the blade is thin, you can feel some flex in it. Like Waldner, you can play all sorts of ways close to and away from the table, but for lobs, if you don't give the ball a bit of a flick upward, it tends to hit the net or land shallow and get smashed. That said, blocking close to the table is quite easy.
Whether you're a Waldner fan or not, I'd really like you to try this racket!Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little soft

It's very easy to put spin on the ball and it doesn't lose out to your opponent's power, so counters are easy too. I'd recommend it for anyone looking for stability.
