Over the years I've gone through the string series - Violin → Acoustic → Tenor → Acoustic.
Hoping that combining FE carbon with the string series would blend the strengths of both, I tried G-1 on the forehand and Moristo SP on the backhand.
Overall score: 7/10
Honestly, the unique feel that the string series is known for disappeared, and it just felt like a slightly softer carbon blade to me.
Compared to the normal Acoustic, the speed on light hits is improved, but when driving it's too stiff, and the ball-holding it's known for gets worse.
By making the blade thinner they seem to have kept some of that ball-holding feel, but I feel like it doesn't really need to be part of the string series.
The good points are that it's lighter than the Acoustic, pairs well with short pips or long pips rubber, and is great for a hit-and-flick style of play. I think it suits a smash-focused player better than a drive player.
As for rubber, rather than G-1, I think Chinese rubber or a softened C1 would work better!Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

Even though it has carbon in it, I feel quite a bit of flex when driving.
I also use the Tenor, but the thinner Acoustic Carbon feels like it has more flex.
Because of that, when you drive with a rubber that generates a decent amount of spin, the trajectory changes partway through and the ball suddenly seems to drop.
It's a strange blade - it has flex, but you can still feel that carbon character.
Personally, this is the easiest blade for me to drive with, and it's easy to lift even a sharp underspin serve.
It feels like topspin naturally gets put on the ball.
On the other hand, maybe because of the flex, smashing feels harder to do (especially against a lob).
The feel is really good - the nice "konkon" sound it makes, and the way it resonates in your hand, really does remind you of a wind instrument.
Personally, this one feels more like a wind instrument to me than the Tenor.
I use a straight grip, but it's a rounded grip, so opinions on it might be split. I personally prefer a bit flatter grip (like the Tenor's).
Maybe because the center of gravity is toward the tip, it feels heavier than its actual weight when you play with it.
For a 5.5mm blade thickness, it's a bit on the heavy side - the bare blade alone was 89g.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

* First off, this blade is really bouncy! So some people might wonder, "is this really an Acoustic?" but it feels amazing to use! The main features of this blade are that it's easy to put spin on your drives and easy to control your power, making it the kind of blade that makes hitting the ball fun.
* Also, like I said at the start, it's really bouncy!
If a blade like that isn't for you,

This blade has top-class spin among outer-carbon blades, and top-class speed too - it's the best
It works with both harder and softer rubbers, but if you use the chiquita a lot like I do, I'd strongly recommend Fastarc G-1 on the backhandOverall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

Overall it's a really good blade! You get good speed, and it puts a decent amount of spin on the ball too. Plus the feel when you hit the ball is irresistibly good!
If I had to point out a downside, it might just be that I'm not very skilled, but the control can be a bit tricky. I wouldn't recommend it for beginners, but for intermediate to advanced players, it's a really great blade! Why not give it a try?Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

It's a pretty good blade! Since it has an outer carbon layer, it's easy to generate speed. The feel is so good it's addictive! But control is a bit tough for someone as unskilled as me. Lately I've been getting used to it and it feels good though. I'm glad I bought it!
