The performance is more than enough.
For fine play close to the table (the short game), it feels just as soft as an all-wood blade, but once you move away from the table the carbon really shows through and it feels a bit harder.
It's perfect if you're moving on from an all-wood blade.
That said, the flare grip is fairly thin, so if you have big hands I'd recommend the straight grip.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

I switched to this blade from the ALC.S.
Yeah, a thicker blade really does fly more!⤴I think anyone could handle this one!
Price-wise, it's on the cheaper side among Butterfly's lineup [?]

There isn't a single technique that's hard to pull off with this blade — the ball sits on it well and it has plenty of speed too.
It's not heavy at all, and it can make up for a lack of skill while also handling advanced play, making it a masterpiece from Butterfly that works for everyone from beginners to advanced players, even pros.
It also has plenty of flight distance, so you can trade shots comfortably even from well back off the table.
I'm using a balance-oriented rubber on it, but I think you could just as well pick a rubber that plays to your own strengths. I don't think there's really a rubber that doesn't work with it.
By the way, if you pair it with a balance-type rubber, both attack and defense become really easy, which lets you focus more on the rest of your game.In a sense, I'd call this the strongest blade out there for handling any playing style or skill level.
Considering how long you can keep using it even at a fairly high level, the actual selling price is only in the low ¥10,000s, so definitely give it a try.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little soft

I borrowed a friend's. There's no technique that's hard to pull off — it's an all-around performer. What stood out most to me were the serves and drives. Serves have a ton of bite, and drives get intense spin, which is great. I felt like any intermediate player or above could handle it.

I used to use the Exter before.
A senpai of mine told me this was a good first carbon blade, so I bought it.
Maybe thanks to the tacky rubber, my serves come out with crazy spin.
Drives go in one after another too.
On top of that, short-game techniques like pushes, flicks, and stops are also excellent.

This is a blade that's easy to use across the board, from beginners to advanced players.
Drives, hitting, pushes, blocks, counters... there wasn't a single technique I found difficult.
It also works with any rubber — tacky, tension, short pips, long pips — a true all-rounder that can handle any playing style.
It's a piece I'd recommend to junior high schoolers or people who've been playing for one or two years.

Personally, I felt the flight distance was a bit lacking.
Close to the table through mid-distance was no problem at all, but it was hard to fight back from far behind the table — I had to swing upward or the ball wouldn't go in.
That said, drives, blocks, and counters close to the table were extremely stable.
Also, rather than "the spin is amazing," it felt more like "you can generate spin consistently,"
so in terms of peak numbers it might fall a bit short of other blades
Still, I think it's very well suited to people who want to hit drives consistently, or who want stability in both attack and defense.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Soft

I think this is a really well-balanced blade overall.
Even if you're slightly off the sweet spot, you can still put in a solid drive.
If anything, its stability is so high that it's more of an advanced blade suited to players who focus on rallies and small techniques, so I think a lot of attacking players would find it lacking in power.
This time I test-hit it with Mercury II and a tacky rubber, but I'd recommend pairing it with an inner-type rubber like Fastarc G1.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little soft
