Here are my impressions after using this as my main blade for 5 months!
First, this blade is very soft and the vibration comes through nicely in your hand. But it still gets good distance, so it pairs really well with a hard tacky rubber. In fact, I have Hurricane Blue Sponge on my forehand. With that combination, you get a huge amount of variation on your chops. It doesn't get overpowered, so countering is also really easy with it. This blade gives you a lot of options - chopping from away from the table, or countering, both work well.
For the backhand, inverted, short pips, or long pips all work, but a soft rubber is best. With a soft rubber on it, combined with the softness of the blade itself, the ball really sinks into the sponge. I personally use Donackle. Donackle isn't a rubber that makes chopping especially easy to control on its own, but paired with this blade, my backhand chops become quite stable.
The manufacturer markets it as beginner-oriented, but I think the performance is good enough that you could use this one blade all the way from beginner to advanced player! That said, it's not a blade that's particularly strong on attack, so it's not suited to choppers who attack a lot. But I think choppers who rely on relentless grinding defense would be plenty satisfied, so if you're a chopper, please give it a try at least once!Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Soft

Both forehand and backhand chops are stable. The blade is soft, so putting on a hard rubber gives you a nice, sharp cut. For backhand pips chopping I use something like P4 — the variation isn't the kind that makes opponents flinch, but you can still chop sharply and return the ball reliably, so I think this blade suits players looking for stability and spin. I have Hurricane Neo3 on mine, but since the blade itself doesn't fly much, it gets pretty tough for both attacking and chopping unless you use something bouncier like Neo3, Turbo Orange, or Turbo Blue. If you're putting on a tension rubber, though, you don't really need to think about it much.

I'm a beginner chopper who started playing table tennis in high school!
It's a very soft blade, and the vibration it sends through your hand feels really nice.
I have Hurricane Turbo Blue on my forehand, and when chopping I can put a ton of backspin on the ball, or use the blade's rebound to produce knuckle balls - it's easy to add variation and spin.
My forehand is also pretty strong against topspin.
Since switching to this blade, I've been winning more points with counters too.
On the backhand I have a variation-pips rubber, and it holds the ball down really well - I can chop like it's long pips, or use the flex of the blade to add my own spin like it's short pips.
If I had to point out a downside, it would just be that the short game is a little harder to do...

I had a medium-thickness short pips rubber on the forehand, but it didn't give me much speed at all, and offense was just so-so. I use the Resist II now, but I learned all the basic techniques on that blade. It's the perfect blade for getting the fundamentals down.
