I use it single-sided penhold. It's heavy, but since it's only on one side it doesn't bother me. The ball really carries, and even on forehand hits you can feel the spin taking. Overall a pretty good impression.

The feel on contact is really nice. You can feel that classic all-wood blade character. But it's heavy, so if you put rubber on both sides it gets ridiculously heavy.

I'm not using it now, but out of everything I've tried, this is the blade I'd call "the most satisfying feel on contact, No. 1."
The way the ball comes off the blade is really good, and if you have the technique, you can control how long it holds the ball and shape your shots freely.
The feel on contact is such an important point for me, so I really love this blade, but right now I've switched to using both sides, and for weight-balance reasons I'm not using the Yoshida Kaii blade anymore. If you play single-sided penhold, this is the blade to pick. The forehand performance goes without saying. What really stands out is how insanely easy and stable the short block and push are. The backhand is easy to use too. Even from away from the table you can still drive the ball, and the bounce feels great.
As for rubber, rather than something rock hard, a slightly hard or slightly soft one works best. The grip is on the thicker side, but it doesn't bother me. It has more bounce than a mediocre carbon blade, so you can win topspin rallies and exchanges with power!Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

What I noticed is that the feel on contact is great, it's easy to put spin on the ball, and it flies well.
It's a Chinese-style penhold blade but it's heavy, so I wouldn't really recommend putting rubber on both sides.

Penhold short pips man (Experience: ２〜３ years) Chinese-style blade for single-side penhold

It flies almost like a special-material blade. However, it still holds the ball firmly for a split second, so it keeps that all-wood feel too.
I'd recommend it for players who are forehand-oriented and also want to work the short game.
The topspin drive feels really good.
It flies, and it grips the ball.
The blade is thinner than an average Japanese penhold blade, so spin shots are easy to pull off.
Also, other Chinese penhold blades in the same price range tend to get overpowered on the short block and push, but this blade returns the ball sharply.
Penhold-style techniques are easy to do with it.
If you're a single-sided penhold user looking for a well-balanced blade, whether Chinese or Japanese style, it's cheap, so it might be worth trying.
I don't think two-sided is impossible, but your rubber choices get limited, so I'd go with a different blade for that.

One side fight (Experience: ６〜１０ years) Zooming with one side

This is a blade made purely for one-sided use. Putting rubber on the backside would honestly be nonsense — if you want to use the backside, you're better off with a different blade. This one only has value if you swing it around hard with one side. Depending on your technique, the thick blade makes both shorts and pushes pretty stable, and on pushes the ball comes out faster than with a mediocre backhand-style shot.
The backhand is also easy to use — it's a genuinely excellent blade.
Hard and bouncy, thick blade, thick handle. Some people don't like these traits, so opinions vary, but I personally prefer a hard, bouncy blade with thick wood, and since I shape the handle myself until I'm satisfied with it, this is the best blade for me. I have absolutely no intention of using anything else. It should be good for one-sided Chinese penhold players. If you're going to put rubber on the backside, this is absolutely not a blade I'd choose, regardless of rubber thickness. Putting rubber on the back of this blade definitely changes the feel of the hit.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard
