I used the FL. The FL grip is a bit on the thin side and easy to hold, so I'd recommend it for people with small hands or for women too.
The first thing that surprised me when I hit with it was the feel. Since it has Izanas fiber built into the inner layers, the blade is on the thick side at 6mm, but it feels really soft. And it grabs the ball like crazy... lol. That feeling of the drive just going in on its own is addictive. But what stood out most of all was countering. It's ridiculous. Because it holds the ball for so long, countering becomes really easy, lol, and on top of that it's fast. I feel like it's even faster than Butterfly's inner-carbon series.
As for rubber compatibility, this pairs well with harder spin-oriented tension rubbers. Even though it's hard, the ball sinks in like crazy and flies off insanely fast. Darker really knows what they're doing, lol.
That said, right after I switched to it, I personally had a lot of overshoot misses from it bouncing too much. I felt control was a bit tricky. Might just be my own arm's fault, though...Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little soft

I used the Liberta Synergy in the Flare grip.
The Flare grip doesn't flare out at the bottom — it's more straight with a slight curve.
I'd say the grip is on the thin side.
Among special-material blades, rather than being the fly-off-the-blade, hard, low-spin type, this one flies a reasonable amount while still letting you put spin on the ball.
It's a special-material blade, but it feels closer to a wooden blade.
I think it suits players with average or below-average muscle power and swing speed.
Players with very fast swings and strong muscles apparently feel like "wait, the carbon's kicking in here!?", so I'd say it's better suited to players who rely on the blade and rubber to generate speed rather than generating it themselves.
It's not exactly cheap, so if you know someone who has one, it's worth trying it out first.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

Four forward strokes (Experience: ６〜１０ years) A reunion after 50 years

I picked the game back up after 50 years and it's been a shock. Even though the switch to plastic balls slowed things down, everything is still 120% faster than it used to be, and it took me half a year for my dynamic vision to adjust. My blade has changed too — back then it was a single-ply hinoki penhold, now it's the Darker Liberta Synergy. My stroke has also changed with the speed: back then it was more shoulder-driven, now it's more elbow-driven. Even so, even though this is a special-material blade, I'm glad I found one whose feel reminds me of the old days. Right now I'm practicing aiming for a backhand like Persson's Cobra backhand — or rather Seiya Kishikawa's backhand — no, actually Tomokazu Harimoto's super-fast backhand.

Impressive, this really is Darker for you. I feel like it might have created a whole new style... Since this blade has Izanas fiber in it, the bounce is held back a bit and the ball sits on the blade longer. But hard shots come off insanely fast. Topspin rallies, counters, all sorts of things... you can use it close to the table, mid-distance, or away from the table — anywhere. Also, apparently the grip is made a bit thinner, so it should suit women players too.

The grip feels thin in the hand, but it fits nicely. My hands are probably a bit bigger than average. What surprised me first when I hit with it was the feel — moderately soft, in a way you could almost calculate in your head, or rather you can hit exactly the way you intend and place the ball with real finesse. Up through medium-power shots it doesn't bounce too much and control is more than satisfactory, but the moment you hit a hard shot, the carbon suddenly kicks in, and with a sharp "zing" the ball flies off. And that sound feels great! It really grabs the heart of a table tennis enthusiast. I think it suits players who use a wide range of techniques. In other words, I'd say it suits everyone — either way, it's a luxurious blade when it comes to feel.

First off, what surprised me most about this blade is the feel.
The moment the ball touched it, there was this soft, cushiony sensation, and I thought "oh wow!"
It really grips the ball, so I'd recommend it to people who dislike how quickly the ball leaves the racket with outer-carbon blades.
It's also good for people who play a rally-centered game.
On top of that, it's easy to put spin on the ball, and it still generates plenty of speed.
It took me about a month to really get used to it, but once I did, I could hit really good shots!
As a downside, drives close to the table can sometimes go long, so I wouldn't really recommend max thickness when using tension rubber. I think anyone at intermediate level or above can make good use of it.Sorry for the long post.

The feel is excellent. For a special-material blade, it's on the soft side, but on drives and smashes you still get that satisfying carbon-like sound.
Also, the blade is a bit thick at 6mm, and while it doesn't flex much, it grips the ball really well.
It balanced spin and bounce better than I expected.
I'd recommend it to tension-rubber users who like to sink the ball into the sponge and drive.
I had the impression Darker mostly made single-ply hinoki penholders, but they proved me wrong in a good way. Their special-material shakehands are worth considering too.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little soft
