The blade's weight was 91g, heavier than the maker's stated spec. But if you consider that its weight is roughly the same as the FT, it might still be on the lighter side.
The balance point is closer to the handle, so you can still swing it freely.
On soft, light hits the feel is close to the FT.
It vibrates in the hand too. I like that feeling.
It has the feel of plain wood rather than a blade with special composite material.
When I hit a bit harder, the forehand drive really flies. Even though the bounce is higher, hitting it the same way as the FT still gets you an even better ball. Depending on the rubber combo, even harder rubbers don't feel too hard, no stress at all.
For me, the backhand is quite easy to use, both loop and hit strokes are easier than with the FT. You get a stable, consistent arc. Flat hitting shots seem to have good speed too.
For the short game I tried stop and flick, and techniques that keep the ball from flying were easy to do.
I haven't tested blocking yet, but the FT's block speed is the fastest around, and its weapon is a counter that doesn't get pushed back by the opponent's shot. That's the main reason I use the FT, so this blade seems like it could give me an even faster, better block.
Overall, even though it has special material in it, it's a nice blade with no rough edges — the bounce and feel don't change drastically.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness hard

Wh-whoa, this is amazing!!
The feel and stability are the same as the regular Fortius, but the bounce is totally diffeeerent!! Power, speeeed, everything went up. I think this is the best blade among 7-ply blades.
The performance is great, but the price...
It's way, way more expensive than the regular Fortius.
