  I bought this expecting that having DUAL WEB in the outer layer would widen the sweet spot for backhand techniques.
  The grip is ST. Once I bought it and used it, there were 3 ways it exceeded expectations in a good way.
  1. The blade weighs 88g. I got lucky and got one lighter than the maker's stated spec!
  2. Blocking is incredibly stable. Maybe thanks to the 7 plies plus special material, even when I just stick my paddle out and let the ball hit it, it still goes in. Up to now I was using an ALC blade so I had a lot of overshoots, but the 7 layers of wood really seem to absorb the impact, and my rallying got stronger.
  3. The match with tacky rubber is divine! With Hurricane NEO3 blue sponge, 2.15mm, 40° on the forehand, I don't feel like I'm going to miss a drive at all. On top of that, it really snaps off the blade! I've never known a blade this versatile in combination with tacky rubber.
  And of course, as expected, the sweet spot is wide for backhand techniques too.
  The greatness I felt using it made me decide on it as my main blade right away. It overlapped with a tournament so I only got about one practice session in before playing, but I still managed to win, and I didn't feel any stress with the blade at all. It's a wonderful blade. I imagine it'll also pair well with the Q3, releasing in October.

  DUAL WEBをアウターに入れたことで、バックハンド系技術のスイートスポットが広がることを期待して購入しました。
  グリップはSTです。購入して使ってみると良い意味での期待外れが3点。
  1. ラケット重量88g。メーカー公称より軽いものを運良くゲット!
  2. ブロックがめちゃめちゃ安定します。7枚プラス特殊素材のお陰か手を出して当てるだけになっても入ります。今まではALCだったためかオーバーが多かったですが、7枚の木材がしっかり衝撃を吸収してくれるのでしょう、ラリーが強くなりました。
  3. 粘着ラバーとの相性が神!フォア面キョウヒョウNEO3ブルースポンジ2.15 mm40°、ドライブをミスする気がしません。さらに、弾けます!粘着ラバーとの組み合わせでここまで自在性の高いラケットが今まで知らない。
  またもちろん、バック系技術では期待通りスイートスポットは広いです。
  使用して感じた素晴らしさからすぐにメインラケット決定。試合と重なって練習回数1回程度で出場しましたが、勝つこともできたしラケットに対するストレスは一切感じませんでした。素晴らしいラケットです。10月発売のQ3との相性も良いことが想像されますね。

  Yaman The mighty Mizuno

  

  I fell in love with the design at first sight and bought it pretty much on impulse. I'd originally been using a Chinese-penhold Viscaria, but when I tried the Fortius just to test it out, changing my grip naturally changed my hitting form too, and my mistakes went down. At first I thought it might not bounce much coming from the Viscaria, but once I got used to it, I could really feel the outer-carbon layer on attacking shots. That said, even though it's a special-material blade, it still has the manageability of wood within it. Over the table it doesn't bounce much, so you can drop the ball short. It's also easy to add variation to your blocks. Also, the sweet spot is wide, and I was happy to be able to counter-hit in a way I never could with penhold.
  Loop drives, speed shots, curves, sidespin shots - whatever hitting style I used, the ball landed where I wanted, so I can attack with confidence and without stress. It's said to be a heavy blade, but I managed to get a light individual unit at 85g, so it didn't bother me much.
  It brings out the best in whatever rubber you use and then takes the quality up yet another notch, so it's such a fantastic blade that I honestly wish I'd switched from penhold to shakehand sooner.

  デザインに一目惚れし、半ば衝動買いしました。元々中ペンのビスカリアを使っていたのですが、お試し感覚でフォルティウスを使ったら握り方が変わったことで打ち方が自然と変わり、ミスが少なくなりました。最初はビスカリアからの変更で弾まないかなと思いましたが、慣れてくると攻撃の時はしっかりアウターを感じます。しかし特殊素材ではあるものの、その中に木材の扱いやすさがあります。台上はあまり弾まないため、手前に落とすことができます。ブロックに変化をつけたりもしやすいです。また、スイートスポットが広く、ペンではできなかったカウンターができるようになったのも嬉しかったです。
  ループ、スピード、カーブ、シュート、いろんな打ち方をしても思いどおりに入ってくれるためストレスなく、安心して攻撃できます。重いラケットとのことですが、自分は85gと軽い個体を手に入れることができたのであまり気になりませんでした。
  ラバーの良さを引き出してくれる上に、さらにもう一段階質を高めてくれる最高のラケットなので、もっと早くペンではなくシェイクに変えれば良かったと思うくらいです。

  Sagmaton (Experience: More than ２０ years) High-level balance of hold and power

  

  Since spin-oriented tension rubber tends to send the ball upward, I want to use a harder blade with it, but typical inner and outer special-material blades let me hit good shots in practice, yet once it comes to an actual match, controlling the short game and connecting shots gets difficult - so I'd been struggling to find the right blade.

  This blade pairs well with spin-oriented tension rubber that sends the ball upward. It gives you strong control for the short game and connecting shots, while still letting you generate power with your own strength, so I think it's an extremely practical blade if you're thinking about winning matches.

  Also, the grip is really good - it's just the right size and shape for men to put force into it easily. (The grip on this one is a bit bigger than the RE.)

  I think this suits average-level players even more than the popular outer/inner blades, so please give it a try.

  スピンテンションラバーはボールが上に上がるので、硬めのラケットを使いたいのですが、一般的なインナー、アウターの特殊素材ラケットは、練習では良い球が打てるものの、試合になると台上や繋ぎのコントロールが難しく、ラケット選びに悩んでいました。

  このラケットは、上に上がるスピンテンションラバーとの相性が良く、台上や繋ぎに高いコントロール性能を発揮しながら、自分の力で威力も出していけるので、試合で勝つことを考えると非常に実用的なラケットだと思います。

  また、グリップが非常に良く、男性でも力を入れやすい絶妙なサイズ、形状になっているのがとても良いです。(REよりこちらの方がグリップがやや大きいです)

  一般レベルのプレーヤーには、人気のアウター/インナーよりも、合う人が多いと思いますので、ぜひ一度試してみてください。

  Jiro (Experience: ２〜３ years) The best blade I've felt so far

  

  It has a feel like an all-wood blade, and thanks to the fiber layer, the sweet spot is wider and the power is higher, making it a fantastic blade. I thought it wouldn't be picky about rubber, but I found that mushy rubber (where both the topsheet and sponge are soft) doesn't suit it well.

  木材ラケットみたいな打球感で、ファイバーにより、スイートスッポトが広くなり、威力も上がるため、最高のラケット。ラバーは選ばないと思ったけど、もこもこするラバー（シートもスポンジも柔らかいラバー）は合わないと感じた。

  man swinging Taro (Experience: １１〜２０ years) A curious feel

  

  I got this from a friend, liked it, and it's my go-to blade now.
  I used to use an inner-carbon blade, but I kept overhitting on short-game shots and drives, so the headline claim of "soft shots don't fly, hard shots do" caught my attention, and the fact that Akuma from Goburinzu uses it also played a part in me picking it up.
  To put it mildly, it's amazing.
  Overall it doesn't bounce that much, so you get a real sense of using your own power.
  Because soft shots like the short game don't bounce much, they stay under control, and hard shots have this strange feel where you hit with a wood-like sensation while still getting a push from the carbon behind it.
  It's supposedly 7-ply plus outer carbon, but I felt almost no carbon feel at all.
  Though the friend who gave it to me said he felt a lot of carbon in it, so maybe people who've always used all-wood blades feel the carbon more strongly.
  If you're like me and want some bounce but also want your shots to stay under control, or if you're looking to step up from a 7-ply blade, why not give this a try?

  以前までインナーラケットを使用していましたが台上のプレーやドライブがオーバーすることが多く軽打は弾まず強打は弾むという見出しが気になり、またご○りんずの悪魔が使っているということもあり使い始めました
  控えめに言って最高です
  全体的にあまり弾まず自力感があります
  台上等の軽打は弾まない特性もあり収まりますし強打は木材の感覚で打てながらカーボンの後押しがあるようなそんな不思議な感覚でした
  7枚合板＋アウターカーボンといった感じですがカーボン感はほとんどないと感じました
  ただ頂いた友人はカーボン感がすごくすると言ってたのに合板をずっと使ってる人はカーボンを感じやすいかもしれません
  僕みたいに弾んで欲しいけど収まるところは治って欲しい選手や7枚合板からのステップアップに試してみてはいかがでしょうか？

  The price of rubber is high (Experience: ４〜５ years) Found a god-tier blade. God.

  

  The YouTuber Akuma (Jun-san) from Goburinzu had been using this for 2-3 years straight, so I wondered if it was really that good and put on the same rubber as him to try it. Result: I'm using this for life. The feel on contact is godly - it's soft, yet it still bounces plenty even from further back, holds the ball well, but doesn't sink into your hand too much, stops dead over the table, the grip is easy to hold, the design is nicely understated - everything about it is great! The one disappointing thing is that the wood is soft and brittle, so if you knock it against the table, that spot gets damaged right away. Other than that, everything was great! I think harder rubbers suit it better than soft ones! Rakza Z 55°, R53, Jekyll & Hyde H52.5, Nexxus EL Pro 53 SuperSelect, Hurricane, Dignics, and Tenergy all matched really well too!

  YouTuberのごぶりんずの悪魔こと悪魔(純さん)が２,3年ずっと使用していたのでそんなにいいのか？と思ってラバーも同じのを貼って使用しました。結果　一生これ使うわ。打球感神、柔らかいのに後ろからでも十分弾む、しっかり球を持つ、でも手元におりすぎん、台上ビタ止まり、グリップも持ちやすい、デザイン渋くていい、全部良い！一つ残念だったところが木が柔らかく脆いので台にぶつけたらぶつけたところがすぐに逝きます。それ以外は全部よかったです！やらかいのより硬めのラバーが合うかと！ラクザZ55°、R53、ジキル＆ハイドH52.5、Nexxus EL Pro 53 superserect、キョウヒョウ、ディグニクス、テナジーもよく合いました！

  shinkey12 (Experience: ２〜３ years) Great design, great performance

  

  I bought this because I'm a fan of Yuya Oshima.
  Luckily I got a heavy individual blade, so the speed and spin were top-tier (lol)
  Since it's an outer-carbon blade, it's really stiff and springy.
  But oddly enough, serves are still easy to put spin on.
  I could really feel the benefit unique to this blade: it just doesn't fly if you hit it weakly.
  I've tried a few carbon blades, and the Fortius puts the most spin on the ball by far.
  It's got speed too.
  The downside is that it's a bit heavy ^_^
  Since Yuya Oshima himself is known as a physical monster, I'd like to build up my own physicality so I can get the full benefit of everything the Fortius offers.

  大島祐哉ファンということで購入
  運良く重たい個体だったのでスピードと回転が超級でした（笑）
  アウターカーボンなのでバッキンバッキンです
  でもサーブが切りやすい不思議
  このラケット特有の「弱い力では飛ばない」メリットを感じられました
  カーボン系はいくつか試しましたがフォルティウスが1番回転かかりますね
  スピードも出ます
  悪い点は少し重いことですね^_^
  ただ大島祐哉選手もフィジカルモンスターと呼ばれている方なので、私もフィジカル面を鍛えてフォルティウスの持ち味を全て享受してみたいです
