The first rubber to be introduced with Yasaka’s Hybrid Energy system was the Rakza 7, which is highly valued by high class players all over the world. The latest addition to the Rakza family is Rakza 9, which has improved speed characteristics. The surface rubber of Rakza 9 has a newly developed formula/rubber combination. In addition the new sponge is made of a more homogenous material and has larger pores. Rakza 9 is the fastest of Yasaka’s Hybrid Energy rubbers and is suitable for technical offensive players, using both high speed and spin to win the point.

I've used Rakza 7 too, and the speed on this is overwhelmingly higher than the 7.
When it comes to spin and control, the 7 might have the edge, but if you're using it on the backhand, the 9 might be better...
Even in max thickness, it's clearly lighter than Chinese rubbers, so you can swing all out!All Speed Spin Control

It's hard to use on the forehand, but it shows tremendous power on the backhand.
Also, chiquitas and flicks are easy to pull off, making it easy to use from beginners to advanced players. All Speed Spin Control

For chopping, it shows a completely different face than it does on offense
If you brush it, you get a low-trajectory chop with spin on it
If you swing through firmly against the opponent's drive
you get a good chop
Maybe because it's a hard rubber, it's easy to add variation
It's also easy to do knuckle chops with almost no spin on them
But when chopping the opponent's fast drives
maybe because my skill isn't good enough
the ball floated up a little
The amount of spin is great, but for me personally, having the ball float up is a no-go
Also, since it's a hard rubber, it might not be very suited to choppers who like to sink the ball into the spongeAll Speed Spin Control

It's great because you can hit sharp shots into tight angles.
Spin on serves grips well too, and as someone who plays a serve-and-third-ball attacking style, this rubber suited me really well. All Speed Spin Control

The spin really grips too, but the speed is amazing. You can hit topspin drives with a lot of extension.
Even on a chopper's blade, you can push through with consecutive attacking shots. It's also nice that the rubber isn't heavy. When chopping you need to make a conscious effort to hold it down firmly, but I don't think the bite is bad. Fish shots also have speed, and drives from far off the table fly through without losing pace. When it bounces this pleasantly, any complaints about the spin just fly away too (lol)
For serves and the short game, I didn't find it especially easy to put spin on, but the control is good, and in a good way it's not very sensitive to the opponent's spin, which gave me a sense of security.

If you hit it, you get speed, and if you brush it, you get amazing spin -- nothing to complain about! I am a little concerned about the weight, but it's lighter than Tenergy 05, so if you can handle the 05 you'll be fine!
The fact that it's a little hard to control might be this rubber's one downside.
I use it on the backhand of my Chinese penhold, and my friends tell me my reverse-side drive is amazing, really fast and hard to return ♪
I personally think it suits a wooden blade! I think a carbon blade would probably make it bounce too much and fly off the table, so I'd recommend a wooden blade with around 5-7 plies ♪
Sorry for the long review, but I play penhold with short pips and I post all kinds of videos, so please check them out everyone! All Speed Spin Control

The speed is just insane.
The ball leaves the rubber fast, so a hitting stroke suits it better than a brushing stroke.
