Every technique is easy to do with it!
It's great for people who can't quite afford the pricier spin-tension rubbers!Also, the feel is surprisingly close to Chinese rubber! Even hitting it the Chinese-rubber way, you get a heavy, spin-loaded ball, so I think it also works well as a bridge from Chinese rubber to spin tension rubber.

Control is no problem, spin is decent.
But it doesn't have much bounce!

Personally I thought it was easy to put spin on. If you serve backspin and the opponent returns it with a half-hearted push, it can spin so hard it drops off the table.
The topspin drive also grips spin easily, and pushes are stable.

As a chopper I used this on my backhand — the push gets good spin on it, chops are stable, and it's easy to hit with when attacking too. Good value for money as well. I think it lasts pretty long.
