Among long-pips rubbers, this one has a notably soft sponge and topsheet, and it excels in stability!
The pips fold over easily, so pushes are easy to chop, and chopping gives that classic long-pips bite, letting you send back heavily spun balls consistently. Even when receiving hard shots, the sponge seems to really absorb the ball's force, which gives a strong sense of security.
It's great for chopping, but speed and variation are harder to produce, so close-to-the-table pips-out players might find it a bit lacking.

I think the stability on pushes, receives, and chops is top-notch. That said, it also feels harder to produce tricky, deceptive balls or chops that make use of the opponent's drive spin.

I'm a chopper, but I put this on an outer carbon blade and hit with it. The pushes are super easy to cut with backspin! Since it's an attacking blade, you can produce fast pushes too. I thought chopping might be difficult, but it was actually surprisingly manageable. That said, since the ball leaves the racket quickly, I personally felt it doesn't cut as sharply as a dedicated chopping blade. Still, attacking and pushing were both really easy to do, so I'd recommend it to choppers who attack aggressively.

This rubber lets you produce really sharp chops, and I think the ease of putting spin on the ball combined with how well it grips the ball puts it right at the top among long-pips rubbers.
Also, the ball speed being slow might look like a downside, but thanks to that, even if you put a lot of force into spinning the ball, adjusting the angle keeps it from going long.
On top of that, it grips the ball well and returns hard shots consistently too.
This rubber suits people who want to win points with spin rather than variation. Personally, I find a heavily spun ball harder to handle than a varied one.
The feel is close to Curl P4, and comparing the two:
Spin: Curl P4 < Feint Long 3
Speed: Curl P4 > Feint Long 3
Control: Curl P4 < Feint Long 3
Feint Long 3 is such a good rubber it doesn't feel like something you can buy for around 2,000 yen. I'd definitely want beginners who want to learn the feel of folding the pips over to put on spin to try it, and of course I'd also want intermediate and advanced players who want to scare opponents with extraordinary spin to give it a try at least once.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

I used the extra-thin version.
Compared to TSP's P1, the pips are harder and there's less variation. But because there's less variation, it's easier to control, so I think it helps you build a feel for control. I'd recommend it to people just starting out with long pips or beginners to the rubber type. That said, as you keep using it, the lack of variation starts to feel unsatisfying. The pips are harder than Curl's and have a narrower range of feel, so it's easy to control.
