Drive speed is fast, and the feel is wonderful.
I'd say the medium thickness is for control, and the thick is for speed. If it turns into a drive-for-drive rally, I think you're better off going for speed rather than spin to win the point.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

I tried it out at a nearby shop. With the medium thickness, my serves landed pretty well. But speed and drives felt a bit tough. Switching to the thick version made things a fair bit easier though. The control was so good that a strategy of moving the opponent side to side and then finishing hard on the last shot worked well.

Rubber love family (Experience: ２〜３ years) A rubber with clear pros and cons

My first impression after trying the Alhelg was, well, the spin on my serves was frighteningly weak... Testing it against other rubbers, the amount of spin drops dramatically. If most people switch to the Alhelg from whatever rubber they're currently using, I think they'll probably find it doesn't grip the ball much. The spin level was about the same as beginner rubbers like Jamin or Retra, maybe just a touch above. Also, whenever you feel like you got good spin with the Alhelg, you can assume any other rubber would have given you even more. Drives lose spin too - compared to other rubbers, hitting with the same amount of force still gives you less spin.
Second, counters and blocks are really easy. Blocking is so stable it practically lands in the court on its own with hardly any effort, and countering is easy too.
Third, on the downside, the rubber gets worn out quickly.
In conclusion, this might work if you're very confident in your ability to generate spin yourself. But if you want to make the most of spin, I can't recommend it. Also, while it improves your counters and blocks, overall you lose two big things - control and spin - so personally I found it hard to use.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

It's easy to put spin on the ball. It's not like the amount of spin is amazing, but it might be good for beginners too. Also, it's a rubber suited to playing close to the table. It holds up fine against the opponent's spin, but if you step back from the table, you don't get much speed and the amount of spin is questionable too. The short game is reasonably easy, but pushes are hard to do - I couldn't get any brush on the ball. But counters are outstandingly stable.
Blades that pair well with it are 7-ply blades or special-material blades.
As for tactics, I guess it's more of a "placement game" style where you stick close to the table and move the opponent around? lol

It felt like an oddball rubber, honestly. Probably built purely for hitting by sinking the ball into the sponge. That metallic sound and the sense of speed on smashes are just exhilarating.

I'd recommend this to players who mostly play close to the table. It's easier to get power out of it on the backhand than the forehand - on the forehand the power falls a bit short. On the backhand, the short game is easy and you get plenty of power too. Spin is easy to generate on both forehand and backhand. It's similar to Fastarc G-1. I'd say Fastarc G-1 suits the forehand and Alhelg suits the backhand.

I peeled this rubber off after three weeks.
First, since it's AC (Active Charge), it barely produces any arc.
The grip on the ball is only so-so, and because it's soft, it's easy to be affected by the opponent's spin.
And above all, serves just don't spin. I won't only list the bad points though, I'll write the good ones too.
It's the strongest option for counters, counter-smashes, and smashing lobs. The stability and power are amazing.
I had a senior teammate who also used this rubber, and he had similar impressions. That senior switched to G-1 within a month too.
Only really skilled seniors could get any spin on their serves with it, so I'd highly recommend it only to people with a lot of arm strength and a solid feel for topspin drives.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft
