First of all, the Alhelg is a rubber for power hitters. If that's not you, I can't really recommend using it.
It's great for women players, or for men who are good at meeting the ball on the backhand.
As a side note, the sponge is a pale purple color, and the sound it makes on contact is really satisfying.
Smashes and attacks close to the table have great extension and land cleanly. But watch out, because if you step back even a little, it slows down.
Topspin drives - brushing the sheet lightly won't send the ball well, so it's better to let it sink into the sponge and drive through it.
Counters - the real value comes out not from brushing over the top of the ball but from a counter where you meet the ball flat and hit through it. Once you get used to it, it goes exactly where you want, which made me grin (lol)
Pushes and stops - stability is outstanding, so there's not much to say, but especially with pushes, if you don't nail a small, sharp contact it feels like it won't get any spin.
Blocking - I have it on my backhand, and at first, just blocking by touching the ball would make it fall short. A block where you push forward a little is just right.That's all for this review.

I bought this because I wanted to try something different from my usual rubber.
First, just bouncing the ball lightly on it, it doesn't spring back much.
Comparing the feel to Vega or Tenergy, the sheet feels harder.
When I actually hit drives with it, the ball just doesn't run.
There's probably a hitting style that suits it, but with my own style, I just couldn't make good use of it.
I found myself thinking, wow, Zhang really knows how to use this rubber.

First, the great thing about this rubber is that it's barely affected by the opponent's spin.
I first used this rubber in my first year of junior high. Before that, I'd been using VICTAS's V01 Stiff, a rubber that let the ball sink in easily and grip well for spin. But it was also really susceptible to the opponent's spin, so I kept losing to my opponent's spin, making a lot of mistakes and losing matches quite often.
But after switching to the Alhelg, I became much less affected by the opponent's spin, and I was able to overwrite it with my own spin and land the ball in the opponent's court. Thanks to this rubber, I was able to make it to the Tohoku regional tournament!
If your current rubber is really susceptible to the opponent's spin and you're struggling to control it, please give this rubber a try!
Other people's reviews say it's for power hitters and so on, but that's really not true at all!

Anyway, this rubber is fast, plain and simple. It sinks in well, so it works nicely for counters and flicks. That said, the spin is lower compared to other rubbers, though it picks up as you get used to it.
For drives, it's all about speed over spin.
It's a rubber that struggles with delicate short-game plays like pushes.
But it's strong on speed-oriented short-game shots like the chiquita.

Naughty (Experience: ６〜１０ years) [For intermediate to advanced] A rubber that divides opinion on usability

I tried putting this on the forehand of my backup blade. First, forehand hitting. Honestly there isn't much sense of the ball gripping the sheet, but maybe because the ball sinks in well, it feels like the ball settles stably into the opponent's court. I'd say the stability is fairly high. You get decent speed too. Next, drives. The Alhelg doesn't seem to produce much of an arc - it feels more like a rubber that sends the ball flying low and in a straight line. Spin-wise it grips (reasonably) well too, and I thought that was pretty good. What's more, drives keep accelerating along their trajectory without losing steam. That said, it does require power - in other words, the harder the impact, the more spin you get. Next, on serves, pushes (spin from small, delicate touches) are a bit lacking. You just can't generate that much spin from them. For the price, which is on the expensive side, there wasn't much that made me go "wow, as good as Fastarc!" Still, the Alhelg has its own unique feel (like how the ball flies), so I think it's worth finding what this rubber is good at and putting that to use in tournaments and matches. (Going forward, I'll keep using it on the forehand of my backup blade!)

Here, I'll rate speed, spin, control, bounce, and give an overall score.
No.1 Speed Rating: ★★★
I felt the speed wasn't all that high. I felt you need real power to get proper speed out of it.
No.2 Spin Rating: ★★
The spin feels a bit disappointing. I think a lot of people will feel "my old rubber gripped the ball better than this." So I wouldn't recommend this rubber to anyone looking for spin.
No.3 Control Rating: ★★★★
I think this is very good. The ball goes exactly where you're aiming pretty reliably. Not much else to say here.
No.4 Bounce Rating: ★★
I think the bounce is small. I'm a power hitter myself, and when I hit from away from the table, the ball tends to catch the net. I'm convinced you shouldn't expect much bounce from this one.
No.5 Overall Rating: ★★★
The ease of control, countering, and blocking stood out, and I didn't feel it was a bad rubber. But the lifespan feels short. Still, I don't think it's a bad idea to give it a try!All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

First off, countering is really easy!
Drives also get plenty of spin,
and the short game is very easy too - you can pull off flicks on par with Harimoto! If I had to name a downside, as I mentioned, while the chiquita in the short game is easy, backhand drives feel a bit harder to pull off.
