I tried it on the forehand (max thickness) of my Mizuno "Forteus FT" blade.
To cut to the conclusion, it was the best rubber for my playing style.
Both drives and flat hits are easy to pull off, and I'd say the stability is the best among all the rubbers I've used so far.
I also like the pleasant sound it makes on contact.
Compared to the GFT48 or Tenergy, it feels a bit lacking in power, but I feel it's more than enough for actual match play.
In real matches - especially in close, tense moments - stability matters more than power.

Just as the name says, the hardness is rated 45, so it's neither too soft nor too hard, and it's extremely stable.
You can handle it well on both the forehand and backhand side, so it's a sheet I'd recommend. It won't put spin on the ball automatically just by swinging your racket, but it does grip well for strong spin, so I'd recommend it for both long rallies and quick, short exchanges.

I've used all kinds of rubbers up to now, but I thought this one was really good! It took me a while to get the hang of it at first, but once I got used to it, I could get real power and solid spin on the ball, and I liked that! I've got it on my backhand, but it works plenty well on the forehand too. Personally though, I felt the backhand was more stable, made drives easier to hit, and made it easier to take control of rallies! It's reasonably priced too, so I'd absolutely, highly recommend this for your next re-rubbering!

I think this is the easiest rubber to handle in the GF series. The 40 is a bit too soft and hard to use. If you're going to put it on, maybe the forehand side. The 48 feels too hard. I also thought it would grip the ball well, but that felt kind of iffy, so I tried the 45 instead, and with its just-right hardness, blocking got a lot easier. I've got it on my inverted side, but I think it works fine on short pips too. I often see people using 45 on both sides. If you play an aggressive style with smashes and drives, this is a rubber I'd recommend!

Softer than the GFT48 and easier to control.
You can hit a fast ball whether you're close to the table or far away from it.
No complaints on either spin or bounce.

It's a 45-degree, middle hardness rubber whose appeal is the balance between offense and defense. The sheet grips the ball quite well, so you can hit powerful drives, and you can also hit a shot with good extension even from mid-distance! I'd recommend it for both sides for intermediate players!

I used it on my forehand.
With light hits, the bounce was normal. Even without putting spin on the ball, the arc rises, and topspin rallies are very stable.
When I bite into the ball for a hard drive, it comes out with a really heavy shot quality. That said, it doesn't have the sharp, sinking arc that Tenergy has, so it's not especially hard for opponents to handle either.
As for spin, if you brush the ball it occasionally slips a bit, but basically it grips well. That's what you'd expect from a rubber designed for the plastic ball.
Since the arc is high, if you swing through properly, a backspin forehand drive generally comes out well. However, if you do topspin rallies close to the table without putting enough spin on, the ball flies off. So it's better to drop back a bit to mid-distance rather than playing close to the table.
As for bounce, it's fast if you hit hard, and about normal if you hit lightly. Because the ball rises, it might feel like it bounces more than you'd expect. Maybe because of that, it feels great being able to hit the ball to the exact course and with the exact power you're aiming for.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft
