Excellent Speed and Control Fastarc S1 is a soft version in Fastarc family/ The increase of control slightly reduces the speed, but the power is maintained. This rubber is recommended to the wide range of players from the beginners to the top players.
- Pimples in
- Produces high speed even with light contact
- Extremely easy to execute flat hits and smashes
- Strong defensive capabilities with easy blocking and countering
- Difficult to generate spin, challenging for counter-topspin
- Best for beginners and backhand, optimal for front-court attacking

I think the balance is really good
What really stands out about this rubber
is the speed
Long knuckle serves came out really fast and were easy to produce
I think players at any level can use it

The speed is great, but it feels like the spin doesn't come out that well. Still, I'd recommend it for people who want a speed-focused rubber

The speed is more than enough. That doesn't mean it can't do other things too —
it spins pretty well too, and it's soft so it's easy to handle.
It's not expensive either, so a wide range of players can use it. It's a tension rubber but it suits beginners too, a great rubber!!!All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

I use this on my backhand
Maybe it just suits my swing, but it produces the most speed and spin out of any rubber I've used so far
It's soft, so using it on the forehand is tough
Blocking is stable too
Even just squaring up the racket makes the ball go in, so it's really easy in those split-second moments during a matchAll Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

It bounces well, but since it's soft it's easy to use!
Great value for money too, so I recommend it!Better to use it on the backhand rather than the forehand!

After using the Fastarc S-1 for about six months, here's my take:
- The speed is really fast!
- Blocking and countering from mid-distance and away from the table are easy!
- Flicks and stops over the table are easy to do!
That's the gist of it.
The sponge is soft, so blocking and similar shots are very easy.
I don't think it's very well suited to choppers. Players with a lot of power will find their smashes and topspin drives going long with the S-1, so I'd recommend either the Bryce Speed (Butterfly) or the Omega V Asia (XIOM) instead. I think it's better used on the forehand than the backhand (though it's surprisingly easy to use on the backhand too, lol).
Personally, I didn't get much spin on serves and pushes, so I wouldn't really recommend this to someone focused on spin.
