It's soft! But it's not just soft - it really wraps around the ball. On the forehand the ball might feel a bit light, but on the backhand you can produce fast, sharp shots. Even if your swing gets a little sloppy, the ball still tends to go in. Once you get used to it, you can also play small, tight stops. It's cheap and it's good!

The control is insane
I used it on my forehand for six months, and once you get used to it the spin is decent too

Since it's not a tension rubber, people tend to avoid it, but it actually bounces decently well. I'd recommend it for players of every level
Beginners should go thinner, advanced players thicker, on the backhand

Control is godlike
You can get a fast ball out even without forcing it
Spin sort of comes on, somehow
When I paired it with a Sanarion blade, it went in a lot
Even on edge balls that clip the table, it barely throws off weird spin
The price is cheap too, so it's easy to buy without worrying

This is the rubber I put on when I first started playing table tennis.
First, this is technically a tension rubber, but it bounces so little that you'd believe it if someone told you it was actually a plain high-elasticity rubber. Speed is so-so. Spin feels like something you have to generate yourself, so it might be good for practicing how to put spin on the ball. Since it doesn't bounce much, short-game techniques are easy too. That said, it lacks spin power - the ball sinks in, but it doesn't pick up much spin, and instead it's easily affected by incoming spin. So it's not suited to attacking. On the plus side, it's light.
I'd recommend this rubber to people just starting out in table tennis. You'll build up all the feel you need for the game. It might also suit players trying to build a close-to-the-table all-round style.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

Speed is there, so you can hit normal low shots, low pushes, and backhand drive-serves just fine, but the downside is that while it only puts weak spin on the ball, it's fully affected by incoming spin.

Table Tennis bastard (Experience: ２〜３ years) Amazing speed

I put Zalt on both sides. My first impression was that it bounces well and the sound of the hit had a metallic ring to it. But once I actually started using it, it turned out to be amazing in a lot of ways, lol. The best part is how easy it is to control. So I'd recommend this rubber for beginners.
