    • Ideal for backhand and reverse side applications
    • Excellent blocking and short-range play capabilities
    • Generates sufficient spin even with light swings
    ■ Representative Voices
▲ PositiveWhile maintaining its lightweight advantage, this rubber delivers solid spin and speed with outstanding control and usability. Block and drive stability are excellent, making it the best choice for backhand applications.
▽ CriticalThe soft sponge is fragile and easily damaged during removal. Due to its softness, it generates less speed and spin compared to harder tension rubbers.

Vinegared rice Good value for money

      Reviews by user

I used this on the backhand of a discontinued 5-ply wood blade. Even in max thickness it's really light.
I wanted a light setup, but this made it so light it was almost unsettling. Lol
The speed is good. The spin is average. It's easy to control, but I think it's tough unless you can already swing your backhand reasonably well. Also, the sheet and sponge were pretty weak. Be careful when buying it.

Table cat (Experience: 4〜5 years) A hidden gem of a rubber

      Reviews by user

I've bought all kinds of rubbers, but

this one is lightweight, easy to swing, and easy to put spin on.
      The speed is decent too.
The control is especially good. Blocking is easy too.

Also, since I play an unconventional style, I smash a lot,
and when I smash with this, it makes this metallic "clang" sound,
which gets me really pumped up.

I think this rubber is more than enough for something like a city-level tournament.
It's lighter and easier to hit than things like Tenergy or Fastarc.

If you want to lighten your setup, I think this is the only choice.

There is neither power nor a boy, but a strong boy user (Experience: 6〜10 years) Light

      Reviews by user

My blade was heavy, so I decided to get a lighter rubber, and that's why I bought this. It was even lighter than I expected. But it still grips the ball well for spin, and it produces good speed too.

Wai Hai (Experience: 11〜20 years) The one and only "ultra-lightweight spin tension"

      Reviews by user

As the title says, I think this is the lightest of the spin-tension rubbers.
It's even lighter than Asteria S, which came out recently as a new lightweight tension rubber.

How easy it is to hit flat and to block are also outstanding.
It's basically meant for the backhand side, but
if you prioritize hitting flat, I can also recommend it for the forehand side or for a single-sided penhold blade.

Another feature is that it grips the ball for spin even with a light swing.
For anyone who isn't yet confident in their chiquita or backhand drive swing,
this rubber will give you more spin than a hard spin-tension or tacky rubber would.

Be careful not to damage the sponge when you peel it off.

Novice kid (Experience: 4〜5 years) Its charm is the light weight

      Reviews by user

It's even listed in the TSP catalog, but the weight is lighter than high-bounce rubbers. I think this is the best rubber for anyone who wants a tension rubber with decent performance while also keeping the blade light. The topsheet has good grip, so grazing topspin drives give you strong spin. If you want speed, letting the ball sink into the sponge as you hit gives you a good amount. I used it alternating with Legalis Blue, and depending on how you hit it, I got the impression the Red version has more speed.
The downside is that the ball feels light. I think meeting shots and knuckle balls are easy for opponents to attack.

If you want to lighten your blade, putting this on even just one side should make it noticeably lighter. I'd also recommend it for the backhand of a Chinese-penhold blade.

Cool Max (Experience: 11〜20 years) Light rubber with decent spin and speed

      Reviews by user

I can't find another rubber this light that still gives you a decent amount of spin while also passing muster on bounce and control.
I'd recommend it for the backhand of anyone who wants to switch quickly between forehand and backhand.

TSP (Experience: 2〜3 years) Great control

      Reviews by user

I had this on the backhand side of my shakehand blade.
I bought it right after I started playing table tennis, and it's very easy to use — perfect for beginners too.
Speed and spin are both solid as well.
